So many good reviews! I'm wondering if I went in with the wrong request.. Speaking on my personal experience, it was not great. I went in for a Keratin treatment, with Ms. Treena. Although I had a scheduled appointment & paid in advance - I felt "squeezed in". Understandably, my appt was during a holiday weekend... My hair is mid-back/length, thick and curly. I expected this Keratin treatment would give me similar results from my last keratin treatment over a year ago (smooth, frizz free shiny hair) which lasted me nearly a year... NOPE! Not this time. I followed complete aftercare instructions. Overall, feels like I didn't even have a keratin treatment. This was a different Keratin brand, listed as "La Brasiliana" I believe.. On a positive note regarding Ms Treena as a stylist, she is very personable & takes the time to answer questions.

Was looking for a place for my daughter to get braids. It was her first time so the consultation was nice to be able to explain exactly what she wanted and ask questions. She absolutely loves them. Exactly what she was hoping for! They were kind and professional, and made my daughter feel comfortable. We are happy to have found a place we can trust to do a great job.
