Wow wow wow wow!!!! Ich war anfangs leicht skeptisch und musste mich überwinden die Buchung abzuschließen. Es ging SEHR spontan, wenn nicht sogar zu spontan 😂 kurz angerufen und 5 Minuten später den Flug gebucht. 2 Tage später war ich schon in Istanbul. Die Abholung vom Airport war top, auch der service war rundum ohne zu übertreiben nahezu perfekt. Leider konnte der Fahrer kein Deutsch, was für mich garkein Problem dargestellt hat, aber ich finde, dass sollte erwähnt werden als kleiner hinweis (wobei es nicht notwendig ist, dass er deutsch kann). Angekommen im Hotel kam schon der anrufe, ich könne schon gleich zur op abgeholt werden anstatt wie geplant am nächsten tag (natürlich durfte ich entscheiden) ich nahm das Angebot sofort an. So schnell kann das gehen. Kaum da, lag ich schon unterm Laser. Der service in der Klinik ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Sowas von sympathische Mitarbeiter dort!!! Ich hatte im Aufzug und auf dem weg in die Klinik mit heftiger Panik zu kämpfen. Mir wurde die Angst sehr schnell genommen alleine durch das sympathische Team. Ich würde es immer wieder tun (auch wenn die ersten 6-10 stunden nach der Op die reine hölle war.. (PRK) aber das hat sich gelohnt. Ich bin gerade zuhause angekommen und kann mein Glück nicht fassen. TUT ES EINFACH, lieber ein mal überwinden als jahre mit der Brille zu verschwenden.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel I received a call saying I could be picked up straight away for the operation instead of the next day as planned (of course I was able to decide) and I accepted the offer straight away. It can happen that quickly. I'd barely arrived when I was under laser treatment. The service at the clinic is simply indescribable. The staff there are so friendly!!! I was battling severe panic in the elevator and on the way to the clinic. My fears were quickly put to rest by the friendly team alone. I would do it again (even though the first 6-10 hours after the surgery were pure hell... (PRK)) but it was worth it. I just got home and can't believe my luck. JUST DO IT, better to get over it once than waste years with glasses.

Hallo Zusammen, Ich habe am 17.05.2025 spät Nachts bei Beauty Travels 24 per Online Formular wegen einer Augenlaserbehandlung (Lasik Behandlung) angefragt. Parallel auch bei einigen anderen Anbietern, die vergleichbare Dienstleistungen in der Türkei anbieten. Zwei Tage später wurde ich direkt zurückgerufen... Mein unmittelbares Zeitfenster für die OP-Tour war recht knapp bemessen, in der KW 24, vom 09. - 13.06.2025. Nach der Buchungsbestätigung habe ich die Flüge von Berlin nach Istanbul (und wieder zurück) für mich und eine Begleitperson gebucht. Ich bin zwar mit einer guten Portion Optimismus, aber dennoch auch mit einer gewissen Skepsis, angereist. Klappt wirklich alles so reibungslos, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben? Kommen noch zusätzliche Kosten? Oder preisliche Überraschungen? Klappt das mit der OP? Kostenmäßig bin ich von der 'teuersten' Lasik Variante, der RelexSmile, ausgegangen. Nach einer recht schnellen, aber dennoch sehr gründlichen Voruntersuchungstrecke (ärtlicher Check, Messungen, Sehtest etc.) stellte sich heraus, der behandelnde Arzt empfielt die iLasik. Preislich die 'mittlere' Variante, 500,-€ weniger als die RelexSmile. Obwohl ich noch genauer wegen der RelexSmile gefragt habe, was dafür bzw. dagegen spricht, um es für mich besser abwägen zu können, blieb der Arzt bei seiner Empfehlung, dass in meinem Fall die iLasik die 'bessere' Methode ist. Seine Argumente und Ausführungen überzeugten mich, seiner Expertise zu vertauen. Nach der OP bekommt man ein Set von (3 verschiedenen) Augentropfe in der Klinik mit entprechender Unterweisung. Am Tag nach dem Eingriff (ca. 24Std. später) erfolgte die ärtzliche Nachkontrolle, (Ver-)Messung und Sehtest. Auch hier ging wieder alles recht flott, aber denoch gründlich. Man merkt, dass es in der Klinik routiniertes Alltagsgeschäft ist und dass sie ihr Handwerk verstehen und professionelle arbeiten. Es wird auch nichts verschönt oder ausgeschmückt. Es gibt mehrere deutschsprachige Mitarbeitende, die in Deutschland aufgewachsen und bis ins erwachsenen Alter gelebt haben. Nach der Kontrolle bekommt man seine komplette Patientenakte, mit allen Messwerten, Augentopographie, die vor- und nach der OP in der Klinik erstellt wurden, eine Übersicht über die Medikation und Hinweise was in den nächsten Tagen und Wochen zu beachten ist. Das wird einem auch vorher nochmal alles erklärt und Fragen dazu beantwortet. Bei mir lief alles gut, ich war für einen Eingriff geeignet und bin grad sehr, sehr happy! Auch wenn die 100%ige Sehkraft noch nicht da ist, Lichter, Lampen Displays extrem funkeln und kontratsreiche Lichtverhältnisse ziemlich anstrengend sind, merke von Stunde zu Stunde, dass sich die Sehkraft stetig verbessert. Aber auch dass das so ist, wurde mir vorher erklärt, bzw, konnte ich vorher schon nachlesen. Alles in Allem kann ich jedem dazu raten, der mit dem Gedanken spielt: Macht es! Von der Abholung am Flughafen, über die Kliniktransporte bis hin zum Abflugtransfer, lief alles wie ein schweizer Uhrwerk! Was mich wirklich sehr stört ist, dass für die Bezahlung in der Klinik mit Karte ein 7%er Aufschlag dazu käme... aber fairerweise muss man dazu sagen, wenn man vorher per Banküberweisung bezahlt, würde man 2%Rabatt bekommen... Das Vertrauen hatte ich jedoch vor der Reise nicht. Davon abgesehen, ist es auch schwer zu sagen, was man dann tatsächlich für eine Methode durchführen lässt. Dafür der Punkt Abzug. Noch ein Tipp, der in den Leitfäden steht: Kauft die Augentropfen in der Türkei! In DE würde ein Set ca. 56,-€ kosten. In der Klinik ist es zwar auch möglich (25,-€), aber in einer einer der hiesigen Apotheken spart man noch mal ca. 8,-€. Das Set kostet da um die 17,-€. Ich habe für die komplette Tour, Hotel, OP, Airport- und Hotelshuttle (1590,€), Vorrat an Augentropfen (ca. 65,€), Flug, Verpflegung und 2 Tage durch Istanbul tinkeln (ÖPNV, Bootsfähren, Friseur, shoppen & Kultur / Impressionen genießen) für 2Personen insgesamt 2330,€ ausgegeben. Ganz großes Dankeschön und Daumen hoch!

After the booking confirmation, I booked the flights from Berlin to Istanbul (and back) for myself and a companion. I arrived with a good dose of optimism, but also with a certain amount of skepticism. Will everything really go as smoothly as described on the website? Will there be additional costs? Or price surprises? Will the surgery work? In terms of cost, I assumed the 'most expensive' LASIK option, the RelexSmile. After a fairly quick but very thorough preliminary examination (physician check-up, measurements, eye test, etc.), it turned out that the attending physician recommended iLASIK. Price-wise, it was the "mid-range" option, €500 less than RelexSmile. Although I asked more detailed questions about the RelexSmile, including the pros and cons, so I could better weigh it up for myself, the doctor stuck to his recommendation that iLASIK was the "better" method in my case. His arguments and explanations convinced me to trust his expertise. After the surgery, you receive a set of (three different) eye drops at the clinic with appropriate instructions. The day after the procedure (approximately 24 hours later), the doctor performed a follow-up check-up, measurements, and eye test. Here, too, everything went quite quickly, but still thoroughly. You can tell that the clinic is a routine, everyday business, and that they understand their craft and work professionally. Nothing is sugarcoated or exaggerated. There are several German-speaking employees who grew up in Germany and lived into adulthood. After the check-up, you receive your complete patient file, with all measurements, eye topography taken in the clinic before and after the surgery, an overview of medication, and instructions on what to pay attention to in the coming days and weeks. Everything is explained to you beforehand, and questions are answered. Everything went well for me; I was suitable for the procedure, and I'm very, very happy right now! Even though I haven't got 100% vision yet—the lights, lamps, and displays are extremely bright, and high-contrast lighting conditions are quite exhausting—I notice my vision steadily improving from hour to hour. But I was also told beforehand that this was the case, or rather, I was able to read about it beforehand. All in all, I can recommend it to anyone considering it: Go for it! From the pickup at the airport, to the hospital transfers, to the departure transfer, everything ran like clockwork! What really bothers me is that there's a 7% surcharge for paying by card at the clinic... but to be fair, if you pay in advance by bank transfer, you get a 2% discount... However, I didn't have that much confidence before the trip. Apart from that, it's also difficult to say what kind of procedure you'll actually be having performed. That's why I deducted a point. Another tip mentioned in the guides: Buy the eye drops in Turkey! In Germany, a set would cost around €56. It's also possible at the clinic (€25), but you can save another €8 at one of the local pharmacies. The set costs around €17 there. I spent a total of €2,330 for the entire tour, including hotel, surgery, airport and hotel shuttle (€1,590), eye drops (approx. €65), flights, meals, and two days exploring Istanbul (public transport, boat ferries, hairdresser, shopping, and enjoying culture/impressions) for two people. Ich hatte am 12.04 eine OP über Beauty Travels 24 und bin vom ersten Moment an super zufrieden gewesen! Schon die Terminvereinbarung lief total unkompliziert und schnell – ab dem ersten Tag, an dem ich Kontakt aufgenommen habe, wurde alles perfekt organisiert. Der Transfer vom Flughafen lief reibungslos, der Fahrer war sehr freundlich, und das Hotel war super schön und gemütlich. Vor Ort wurde ich von den deutschen Betreuern herzlich empfangen, sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Mein Arzt war unglaublich sympathisch und kompetent – ich habe mich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die OP verlief ohne Komplikationen und ich war schon zwei Tage später wieder erstaunlich fit.
