My visit was horrible. I met Drake Van at the Birmingham location for my Free Consultation and I told him my wants/needs of what I wanted done for my hair loss. He told me nothing of what I asked about. He was rude and pushy about what he was trying to persuade me to do. He told me that since I was young, unemployed, and in college that I would not be able to afford it and to talk to my parents about it. He also told me that I shouldn't have drove to the in-person consultation because he could've told me this on a 5 minute phone call. He looked at my hair for less than 5 seconds and never got out of his chair behind his desk. I find it very hard believe that you can tell someone their options by looking at their hair from a far distance like that. It was the most embarrassing thing I've ever had done to me. He made me feel like a burden to him and his time. I will never be coming back to Bosley ever again. It was the worst experience ever.

Drake was very helpful & knowledgeable on every concern & question I had about hair transplant. He help me out with the best financing options they had. He was very nice and patient with me highly recommend going to him for your first consultation! But I do have to say the two receptionist at the front desk were not the nicest and didn't smile at me nor would look me in the eyes. Thanks Drake!
