I visited for a hair consultation, but unfortunately, the experience left me feeling even worse about my hair condition. The woman there not only made me feel self-conscious but also seemed to mock my concerns, which was then followed by a sales pitch. Also their pricing seemed really expensive.

I recently saw an advertisement for a family and friends discount (40% off) and decided to schedule an appointment for consultation. The conversation wasn’t 100% informative and I was told that the 40% discount was not valid. Most people can’t afford hair treatment and so when an offer is advertised, it should be honored.
