I’ve been thinking of doing hair restoration for over a year. I finally decided to do it with Bosley and I am so excited to see the results in a few months! I’d like to give a shoutout to Ms. Cindy Mei, my Counselor / Consultant here in Louisville, Kentucky! She was just so awesome and made me feel that I am really in good hands. She was the same person I spoke with last year about the hair restoration, and surprisingly when I reached out to them again this year she remembered all that we talked about (imagine, one year, and she still remembers) which impressed me. She has the best customer service ever! Very kind and professional. I can even reach out to her after I did the surgery. She's there to answer everything I need and want to know about the process. Highly recommended! Great job!

So I just completed my hair restoration surgery, but let me tell you about my experience! I went in to the Louisville office for a consultation with Cindy Mei, and she was my first contact to my hair restoration! I went in there nervous, but as soon as I met Cindy, she eased my mind, and helped me to ultimately achieve my dreams! She was very straightforward and very understanding! She understood the importance of my hair restoration, and she took it seriously. I would recommend going to Cindy, and even after the procedure, she is still accessible! It’s not a one and done contact, but they are there for you the whole time! Cindy, thank you so much for helping me and my family member out.

My consultation experience with Cindy Mei was great! She helped me make one of the most important decisions for my life, and that was to get my hair restored to its former look. How did Cindy Mei help, might you ask, she connected me to the resources available so that I was able to get the treatment! I felt comfortable with my decision on getting my hair transplant procedure and part of the reason why is because of the affordable prices I was given to get the surgery! If your looking to get your hair restored and don't know if your capable, just ask for a Cindy Mei and she is sure to do her best in making whatever plans you might have to restore one of your most important features, and that's your hair!

My first consultation in Louisville went great with Cindy Mei. She reviewed my hair situation and took pictures and was able to determine the number of transplants needed to cover the area in need. She provided a quote and was able to arrange my appointment in Columbus, Ohio. Following the consultation I was able to text additional questions to her which she answered immediately. I had the transplant procedure done a week ago and please with the outcome and look forward to the end result. I highly recommend Bosley and enjoyed working with Cindy in Louisville as well as Dr Krenitsky and his talented staff in Columbus. The following photo is 6 days after the procedure.
