She was great at showing me before and after pictures, and she provided me with detailed information about everything, explaining what's going on and how to prevent hair loss. She also went over the plans with me and was fun to talk to. I highly recommend her—my experience was a solid 10/10!

I had an appointment with Bosley on March 14 at 1:30. Ms Morgan Leigh called me the day of the appointment as I was about to depart. She informed me that I had to fill out some forms online to come in. I explained to her that I had a long drive and would be late if I took time to file out the forms. She insisted that I do the forms. Well I started trying to access the forms with no luck. I text Ms Leigh and it turns out she sent me the wrong inquiry number. Long story short it took time to complete the forms and drive in. As I explained up front that if I did the forms I would be late and I was. As I pulled into the parking lot I recd a text from Ms Leigh informing me that I was late and needed to reschedule. I had wasted my afternoon and a quarter tank of diesel. Despite the fact that I had warned her of this outcome up front, she seemed to think it was my fault. I am a business owner with 32 staff members. I don’t have time to waste. I am also a cash customer paying in total up front. I will take my business elsewhere. Dan Smith
