I visited Bosley in Portland for a consultation in March. The whole experience was comfortable and professional. Stephanie was wonderful and answered all my questions as well as made me feel at ease. The whole consultation process is very easy and you will get all the information you need to help you make the big decision. I was able to get the procedure done (in Seattle) just 2 weeks after my visit with Stephanie and the team in Portland. Highly recommended!

*Warning* "Bosley Portland" is actually just a satellite office for Seattle. So there are no procedures done in Portland. Aside from that, Stephanie and her team were very nice. She represents Dr. Lee in Seattle. They were all very professional. I wasn't able to do the procedure yet because I'm on a medication that slows healing. Dr. Lee took the time to do the research on that medication and didn't rush me to place any deposits. Stephanie sold my decision on Bosley. She found me every discount allowed and let me know they don't even shave your head anymore. If you don't mind the ride to Seattle you can get a hair transplant pretty discreetly. I will be booking with them in the summer and will update the review after the procedure. Give Stephanie and call and have a chat at their Portland office.

Stephanie in Lake Oswego was uninformed about the promotions and when we politely declined her offer she slammed the door behind us. The door slamming startled my newborn and she started crying. It was a humiliating experience.

I went online to Bosley.com this morning and their website offered an in person consultation or a online consultation. Because I live an hour away I scheduled An online appointment for 130. At 12:10 PM I received this message. Hi this is ........ with Bosley I was giving you a call to confirm our scheduled 130 appointment to meet virtually to chat about your hair. I confirmed that I would be there at 1:30. Did the online survey and sent pictures. At 1:35 they said they were with a walk-in customer. At 1:50 I asked if we had a 130 appointment they said they serve the walk-in office clients first. I guess I’m old-school because I cleared my calendar for 130 to have a consultation. I thought that was what a 130 appointment was, not when we can conveniently get to you. At 1:55 they messaged me and said 10 to 15 minutes. The management of their appointments need to be revised. I don’t blame the consultants as they are just doing their job as they are told. Not impressed.

Not a very welcoming environment. For the amount of money the company is charging for the procedure, the information was not very forthcoming. I would've liked to talk to a doctor for the consultation instead of someone saying it will cost you 20k for the procedure, but no actual details on what the procedure covers.
