Hace un año que me puse en manos de Capilae, y del Dr. Juan Ruiz Alconero, primero me mandó una medicación, y a los 4 meses y algo me hice el injerto, desde el principio, he estado muy contento, muy seguro, y el doctor me ha aportado, confianza, información y me ha atendido en todo lo que lo he necesitado. Me hice el injerto el 18 de octubre, y todo fue fenomenal, el trasplante, el post operatorio teniendo al Dr. A disposición para todo cuanto necesité. Después me di sesiones de PRP Y lase de baja intensidad y todo he decir que lo hace el doctor directamente, no delega en ningún técnico ni nada, el en primera persona. Hoy, 5 de Junio, he tenido la revisión, y 7 meses después, estoy genial, con la cabeza como nunca de pelo, con un aspecto que ni en mis mejores sueños podía imaginar. Ha sido y es, una alegría y un gran acierto elegir al Dr. Ruiz Alconero y el resto del equipode Capilae para todo. Lo recomiendo 100% y lo volvería a elegir sin ninguna duda.
Translated: It's been a year since I put myself in the hands of Capilae and Dr. Juan Ruiz Alconero. First, he prescribed me medication, and after 4 months or so, I had the transplant. From the beginning, I've been very happy and very confident. The doctor has given me confidence, information, and has attended to me in every way I've needed. I had the transplant on October 18th, and everything went phenomenally: the transplant, the postoperative period, with the Dr. available for everything I needed. Afterwards, I had PRP and low-intensity laser sessions, and I must say that the doctor does everything himself; he doesn't delegate to any technician or anything, he does it personally. Today, June 5th, I had my check-up, and 7 months later, I feel great, with the best hair I've ever had, with a look I couldn't even imagine in my wildest dreams. It has been, and is, a joy and a great success to choose Dr. Ruiz Alconero and the rest of the Capilae team for everything. I recommend it 100% and would choose it again without any hesitation.

Es que no puedo estar MÁS CONTENTO con Juan y su equipo. Me hice la operación hace 4 años y, aparte de que fue todo genial y 0 molestias, he tenido acompañamiento y asesoramiento siempre que lo he necesitado. De verdad que esta clínica ofrece una seguridad brutal. Y, no es por nada, pero quedé guapísimo jajaja. Eternamente agradecido por todo :)

Desde el primer momento que entras, te reciben transmitiendo confianza y buen ambiente. En la consulta, el Dr Ruiz te aconseja en todo momento y valora si verdaderamente eres o no apto para el injerto (cosa que ya dice desde el principio). Te hace un seguimiento y, según los resultados, te aconseja el injerto o no (según zona donante, calidad…). El pre, intra y postoperatorio fueron sobre ruedas, ya que en todo momento te resuelven dudas/inconvenientes que puedan surgirte, estando atentos en todo momento. Hace poco fui a la consulta para ver los resultados tras el año del injerto, y casi que no quería ver las fotos del antes porque soy otra persona. Mi vida tras la intervención ha cambiado, ganando calidad y retirando el complejo que tanto afectaba a mi día a día. Gracias al Dr Ruiz, Silvia y Marta por todo el trabajo y esfuerzo realizado, trabajando siempre con una sonrisa y haciéndote sentir como en casa cada vez que vas. 10/10.
