Je viens dans ce salon depuis juillet 2017, et je n'ai jamais été déçue ! Ma coiffeuse, Véronique, a une passion pour son métier qui est remarquable. Toujours très bien accueillie par l'ensemble du personnel, et des patrons sympathiques.

Manque de transparence sur les produits : je suis venue pour des mèches à l'automne dernier, tout en demandant des produits naturels ou végétaux, en raison d'une allergie aux SLS. C'etait la 1ere fois que j'en faisais et j'ai cru naïvement la coiffeuse qui m'a décrit une composition à base d'argile, terres oxydantes blablabla. Le résultat me semblait très tranché, mais bon, c'était la 1ere fois et je m'en suis contentée. Mais qq mois après, mes cheveux ressemblent à de la paille et la coloriste que j'ai vu hier m'a garanti qu'un produit végétal ne peut éclaircir! J'ai donc été trompée sur le produit utilisé et l'effet obtenu n'était pas satisfaisant, ni à court ni à long terme. Je ne recommande pas ce salon...

It was the first time I did it and I naively believed the hairdresser who described to me a composition based on clay, oxidizing earth blablabla. The result seemed very clear cut to me, but hey, it was the first time and I was happy with it. But a few months later, my hair looks like straw and the colorist I saw yesterday guaranteed me that a plant-based product cannot lighten it! I was therefore deceived about the product used and the effect obtained was not satisfactory, neither in the short nor in the long term. I do not recommend this salon...
