"In data de 10 ianuarie 2022 m-am prezentat la clinica pt implant, explicând în mailurile anterioare ca doresc sa fie coborâtă linia parului și "umplute" golurile din lateral. Doamna care s-a ocupat de cazul meu, Delia Bugnar, nu știa ce anume doresc, a trebuit sa ii explic și dumneaei deși ma așteptam să studieze înainte pozele trimise și cerințele mele pt a pregăti cât mai bine intervenția. Nu exista tranzitie intre zona exploatata si restul, trecerea se face brusc. - Din cauza faptului ca parul creste în direcția greșită și unghiul de creștere fata de scalp este foarte mare, parul implantat creste in sus, se onduleaza si nu poate fi asezat altfel. - În zona tâmplelor, unde firele de par în mod natural sunt mai subțiri, au fost implantate în proporție de cel puțin 80% grafturi de 2-3 fire (la fel ca si in restul liniei parului), aspectul fiind puțin spus nenatural. În data de 10 iulie am venit la clinica pt a discuta cu doamna care s-a ocupat de Implant. Pe scurt doamna insista ca implantul a fost executat corect, nu sunt grefe cu mai multe fire de par în primele 2 rânduri ale implantului, parul a fost implantat la un unghi de 30de grade în direcția naturala de creștere și totul este perfect. La insistentele mele doamna a propus ca soluție, sa îmi îndepărteze câteva fire de par care cresc altfel decât celelalte (tot greșit, dar în alta direcție) iar pt celelalte probleme mi-a răspuns "și eu ce vreți sa ii fac?" Sunt total dezamăgit de atitudinea dumneaei cât și cu privire la rezultatul implantului. " Acesta a fost primul email pe care l-am trimis clinicii pt a primi un raspuns cu privire la rezultat. There is no transition between the exploited area and the rest, the transition is sudden. - Due to the fact that the hair grows in the wrong direction and the angle of growth to the scalp is very high, the implanted hair grows upwards, curls and cannot be placed otherwise. - In the area of ​​the temples, where the hairs are naturally thinner, at least 80% grafts of 2-3 strands were implanted (as well as in the rest of the hairline), the appearance being somewhat unnatural. On July 10, I came to the clinic to talk to the lady who took care of the Implant. In short, the lady insisted that the implant was performed correctly, there are no grafts with several hairs in the first 2 rows of the implant, the hair was implanted at an angle of 30 degrees in the natural direction of growth and everything is perfect. At my insistence, the lady proposed as a solution, to remove a few hairs that grow differently than the others (still wrong, but in a different direction) and for the other problems she answered "and what do you want me to do to them?" I am totally disappointed with your attitude and with the outcome of the implant. " This was the first email I sent to the clinic to receive an answer regarding the result. The manager, Mrs. Crina Bakk, told me that everything is OK and that, I quote: "Through the consent that you legally signed at the clinic, you assumed that there are risks, just like with any medical intervention. However, our priority is for our patients to be satisfied and that's why we ask you to tell us what we can do to help you in the future, so that we can agree on a mutually agreeable and satisfactory solution." I expressly asked you, together with the doctor who performed the operation, to come up with a suggestion to solve the mentioned problems and YOU DID NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS ANYMORE. Below you have attached images of the operation that the clinic and the doctor consider a success. You can see the direction in which the implanted hair grows. I am still waiting for an official answer, by email, regarding what we can do to improve the appearance of the implant.
