Dr. Charles isn't the cheapest in town, but as soon as it's done, you know where that extra money went. Absolutely worth it, great care before, throughout and after procedure. Got a decent price better than most Turks out there and knew I had someone to count on. As soon as procedure was over, Doc gave me his personal cell and his team followed up with me daily. Highly recommended!

A week later and what a great experience.... I was hesitant to even go for consultation but that turned out to be very positive. Today I was back to have stitches remove as i had transplant 1 week ago. You can tell the team has a lot of experience doing this. They were caring before, during and after procedure. Dr called me himself the night of procedure to check on me. I had some swelling a few days after but very little discomfort, took advil and Tylenol only. Dr Charles and his entire team were great..would recommend for sure Jeff S

When you are faced with a decision to undertake this procedure, you have many choices. What I looked for is professionalism, care and quality. When I went to Dr. Charles for my consultation I had just come from two others, it was the end of the day and I was not feeling it. Then I met with this team. There Jenesita who is a true model for health care professional that intakes a new patient. Next up was Patricia a rock star professional who made me feel at ease, understood why i was unsure and made me feel comfortable. Then I met Dr. Charles and it was like meeting a master craftsman. He knew his subject, appealed to my sense of self and made feel comfortable i was int he right place. they stayed in constant contact and made sure i knew what to do leading up to the procedure. OK, so all the build up to the actual event, you would think perhaps there was a let down coming. Well the day of the procedure exceeded all expectations. Jenny, Hailey, Robert and Brie assisted the doctor and were exceptional. It is a long day and they made me feel at home and took care of my every need. i felt like i was hanging out with friends, being taken care of by true experts and in the best hands possible. Jenny and Hailey were absolutely what i needed that day. friendly, professional and dedicated to the best care and outcome possible. Then there is the Doctor, he is a master craftsman, he cares about the out come, the experience and the quality of work. He guides you through, he helps, he delivers. If you are having this procedure this is the place and the team you want doing it.

This practice, his staff and medical technicians are beyond excellent. I had my first procedure with them 7 years ago and when it came time for a second they were my unqualified first choice (checked out other providers, but they didn't hold a candle to Dr. Charles). Every aspect of the procedure, the consultation, working with his front office and patient coordinator, Patricia, and his amazing medical team (they're the same people who I originally worked with and are still there, which tells you all you need to know about their solidarity, teamwork, and professionalism) never make a false step. The procedure itself was all but painless and the recovery and aftercare support are amazing. And as other people have commented, as good as it was before, it was quicker, less painful, and more efficient this time

I had a great experience today meeting Dr. Charles and Patricia at my consultation. There was no rushing or pressure at all. They took quite a bit of time with me even though no fee for the visit. The attention I received today is what I look for at all doctors but rarely ever find. Most just look to rush through everything. Book a consultation.. you’re in good hands!
