Hi, I had a hair transplant a few days ago, and I have to say that I left with such a positive and pleasant feeling thanks to this amazing team. From the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor they are truly an incredible, kind, thoughtful, and caring team. Throughout the entire process, they made sure I felt no pain and that I was calm and comfortable from start to finish. On top of that, they were always available for me, even outside of working hours. They helped me with accommodation, transportation, and anything else I needed, at any time of day. I’m usually not the type of person who leaves reviews, but this time I felt I really had to, because the experience I had with them from beginning to end was truly outstanding. The worst mistake of my adult life was to perform a hair transplant at this clinic. Negligent. Disastrous hairline. I look balder post transplant vs. before. Ridiculous. False information provided on clinic website regarding doctor’s credentials at time of procedure (e.g. medical associations they are a part of). Unprofessional post operation behavior by the management staff. It was clear at the end of the session that it was not done properly as no hairs were even implanted where there was a receding hairline as can clearly be seen in the pictures. Moreover, grafts were left too long outside as the doctor was not feeling well. And yet, I was sent home like this. “It’s fine”. “This is how it should look like”. Now I have to go through this very painful procedure once again. With many weeks without proper sleep as the donor area extraction area is very sensitive for a long period of time. Months of avoiding sunlight to the scalp. Limitations on physical activity. It takes more than half a year for the head to look semi normal again. And all of this could’ve been avoided if it was done properly / fixed while I was there.
