I am so glad that I chose to go to Dr. Civas and Dr. Akpinar. I did a lot of research before I chose them and the fact that they limit the amount of procedures they do a day was very important to me and Dr. Civas distinguished education experience and reputation. They really individualized the experience and made sure that I was happy with the result. They worked w the technicians the whole time. It’s not just a medical procedure. The prospect of getting your hair back is a huge part of a persons life. They understand how important hair is to their patients and they do everything possible to make sure the process was seamless and that I was satisfied with the result. From the pick up from the airport to the attention to detail by the doctors and the staff. I was in such good hands with thier point of contact Adilah. She was amazing and I knew once I spoke to her that she was going to take good care of me and I was in good hands the entire time. The hotel that they put me in Alpfine otel was quite simple and nice. They paid for 3 days. I extended my trip and stayed a few more. Used it as a getaway to read a book, watch movies and write. There is a mall close by. The food was really good and inexpensive. Don’t miss breakfast it’s delicious. Not much nightlife close by to tempt you but a few good restaurants And great bakeries to try pastries close by.

greffe effectuée le 31 mai, suis a pratiquement 6 mois ..ca a bien poussé et pas fini malgré que je pars de loin... j avais une belle une belle calvitie...la greffe s est tres bien passé et avec une certaine fluidité...prise en charge complete (hotel confortable, repas bon taxi etc...;)y a qu a se laisser porter ...tres bonne clinique...j ai été agreable surpris par la gentillesse de toute l equipe medecins traductrice infirmiers super sympa tres humain et les remercie encore!

I don't have a frame of reference for FUE hair transplants because I've only had one so far. But I can say that I have been impressed with Dr. Civas & Akpinar's operation. They handled everything except my flight that I purchased on my own. Transportation to and from the airport and clinic were all expertly handled. I stayed at a fantastic hotel in a great neighborhood that they've been using for years. I took time to explore beautiful Ankara over the weekend before the surgery Monday morning and really enjoyed myself. Its a fantastic city and I never worried about any crime even while walking alone at night. The doctors both speak English and so does their coordinator. But you want to know about the hair. I had been told by a few clinics that my donor area was weak and that I was not eligible. However I can say my hair was buzz cut short and didn't reflect the whole picture via photos. I grew my hair out prior to surgery and Dr. Civas was happy with the density. They did roughly 3200 grafts. It took most all day to complete with a team working diligently the entire time. Its still a bit thin at the crown. I'm unsure if I have/had enough donor hair to cover that. But I would say they've done a good job and the hairline looks completely natural. My photos are about 11months apart.

I had two hair transplant procedures at this clinic —because the bald area was large. All I can say is I'm absolutely amazed with the results. From beginning to end, the entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Umit Akpinar and his team thoroughly explained the entire procedure beforehand, and during the operation, I was pleasantly surprised by how (almost) painless it was. Dr. Umit Akpinar and his team frequently checked in to ensure I don’t feel any pain. They provided breaks throughout the day and and provided lunch and snacks. After the procedure, again again there was no pain, just a slight discomfort. Dr. Umit Akpinar and his team’s post-operation instructions were very detailed, leaving no room for a mistake. The next day they carefully show you how to wash my hair and apply the treatments. In the subsequent months, whenever I had questions, the clinic was available on whasapp and promptly responded and provided helpful answers. Overall, I am immensely grateful to the entire team for their kind approach, professionalism and expertise. The whole experience has truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I now feel happy every time I look in the mirror, and everyone who sees the new me says this is the best and most natural-looking hair transplant they've ever seen. If you are considering to have a hair transplant, this is “the” place for the best results.
