Receptionist Cindy is extremely rude... on the phone and in person. The handicap accessible is not helpful. Step to high in the front and loading ramp way to step for someone with severe arthritis. Again Cindy non empathetic toward a patient in tears from pain trying to get into the office

Where do I even start. Don Clark is by far one of the best health care providers I know. I worked with Don Clark as his medical assistant over 20 years ago. I never forgot how he cared for his patients and how thorough he is. As he treated each patient, he would always tell me “ What if that was my mom or my family member” And that’s how he practiced, treating each patient as if it were his family member. Whenever my family needed urgent care I would always refer them to see him. I always had a deep level of respect for him And how he treated his patients. Recently, I had my own health issues arise. After some frustration with my doctors in Florida, I desperately reached out to Don Clark. To my surprise, his after hour phone number was answered directly by him. I however, was not surprised to find out he was now the owner of the clerk center for comprehensive care.I knew I could trust him with my current health problems. As always, he was so kind and thorough just as I had always remembered him to be. In just a few Telemedicine visits my condition had improved and my health was back on track. It’s very rare to find providers and teams like him and his team these days. If you are looking for a great provider, who is Kind and thorough and will treat you like family, I highly recommend Don clark and the clark center team.
