Llegó el momento, despues de 10 años tras mi primer injerto con este señor, cuando tenia 19 años (2010), me prometio lo mejor, un resultado envidiable... si, con la maravillosa tecnica FUSS, y una caida androgenetica imposible de parar, este señor decidió aceptarme y seguir con el procedimiento. La primera intervencion fue genial, creo que porque la clinica no llevaba mucho tiempo abierta, se lo tomaban mas enserio. En su dia pague 6000 por 3000 unidades foliculares, de las cuales me injerto unas 1500 en el frontal, y dejo la coronilla para el "retoque" (yo tenia un grado de alopecia alto, coronilla, entradas y frontal) Bien, a los dos años me hizo el retoque (no se quedó nada, ni coronilla ni frontal) y empezó lo que iba a ser la historia interminable de mi vida. Pasaron los años 2013, 2014, 2015 de citarme cada dos meses para mandarme vitaminas, recetas, charlas motivadoras con muy buenos propositos que no llegaban, este señor me prometio varias veces que terminaria bien el trabajo que hizo conmigo, pero eso nunca llegaba y yo solo perdia el tiempo en sus citas que solo usaba para prolongar mi paciencia, todo con expectativas de que me volveria a intervenir de nuevo para dejarme bien. 2016, 2017, este señor desaparece o dejan de cogerme las llamadas y no me responden a los emails, perdi todo mi pelo nativo ya que me dejó sin recetas ni tratamiento un largo tiempo y teniendo en cuenta mi edad, la hormona no dejó de dar guerra tan facilmente, al borde de la depresion y la impotencia, no siendo ni un "calvo" ni un chico con "pelo" siendo mas una version de frankestein humanizada, cicatriz en la nuca, coronilla calva, frontal despoblado... vaya, todo un cuadro. A finales de 2017 me llama este señor diciendome que le dira a la enfermera que me de cita cuanto antes... nunca llega. Entonces decidi en una decision desesperada, ir a turquia, y volver a pagar, pero ni de coña 6000, ya que mi experiencia era nefasta, unos dias antes de coger el avion me llamó la enfermera (abril 2018) para darme cita, y la dije que ya tenia una ciita concertada en turquia (tecnica fue) a lo que responde unicamente con el objeto de no perder ese dia en mi cirugia y darselo a otra persona (despues de esperar años) 2018 turquia, me injertaron todo el frontal que habia perdido, hicieron todo lo que pudieron y el resultado fue sorprendente, menos promesas imposibles, mejor resultado y acciones, pero claro, no podian poner todo, asique se quedo la coronilla apenas sin tocar. 2019 este señor se pone en contacto conmigo, le cuento que me he ido a turquia y le explico mi desazon, a lo que alega "ais todo por las prisas" le propongo que me lleve el seguimiento del trasplante, me vuelve a prometer cosas imposibles (para el, claro) poblar la coronilla e injertar pelos en la cicatriz FUSS, me promete el oro y el moro que me dara cita muy pronto, y aqui seguimos amigos, 2020 y no tengo noticias de dicho señor, parece que tienes que estar llamando y llamando y recordandole el trabajo pendiente para que lo acabe a la fuerza ( y asi no, tiemblo con pensar en ponerme en sus manos de nuevo) mi caso resuelto gracias a otra clinica mucho mucho mas seria y comprometida con la salud fisica y mental de los pacientes, en una semana me dieron cita, me evaluaron, me dieron presupuesto y en otra semana la operacion ya lista, ahora tengo toda la coronilla injertada con 3000 unidades solo para esta zona, y el frontal genial gracias al trabajo que hiceron en turquia. Espero que mi experiencia le sirva a alguien, a mi si me ha dado una gran leccion de vida, una desconfianza enorme hacia las personas que prometen tanto.

At the end of 2017, this man called me telling me that he would tell the nurse to make an appointment for me as soon as possible... he never arrives. Then I decided in a desperate decision, to go to Turkey, and pay again, but no way for 6000, since my experience was disastrous, a few days before taking the plane the nurse called me (April 2018) to make an appointment, and I told her that I already had an appointment arranged in Turkey (technically it was) to which she responded solely in order not to lose that day in my surgery and give it to someone else (after waiting years) 2018 Turkey, they grafted the entire front that I had lost, they did everything they could and the result was surprising, fewer impossible promises, better results and actions, but of course, they couldn't put everything in, so the crown was left barely touched. In 2019, this man contacts me, I tell him that I have gone to Turkey and I explain my unease, to which he alleges "I did everything because of the rush" I propose that he follow up on the transplant, he once again promises me impossible things (for him, of course) to fill the crown of my head and graft hairs into the FUSS scar, he promises me gold and the Moor who will give me an appointment very soon, and here we are still friends, 2020 and I have no news from said man, it seems that you have to be calling and calling and reminding him of the pending work so that he finishes it by force (and even if not, I tremble at the thought of putting myself in his hands again) my case resolved thanks to another clinic much more serious and committed to the physical and mental health of the patients, in one week they gave me an appointment, they evaluated me, they gave me a quote and in another week the operation was ready, now I have the entire crown grafted with 3000 units just for this area, and the front is great thanks to the work they did in Turkey. I hope that my experience is useful to someone, it has given me a great life lesson, a huge distrust towards people who promise so much.

Me operé hace un tiempo y estoy muy contento con el resultado, ademas el trato del Dr. Salagaray (Victor) fue muy agradable y correcto. Cuando fui a la primera consulta en lugar de sugerir directamente la operación, me propuso probar inicialmente solamente con una medicación a medida (medicamento "magistral") y aunque se noto mejoría al final yo decidí operarme. La operación y el seguimiento postoperatorio fueron muy bien. Además de esto, lleve a mi madre a la consulta para que le indicará que medicación se podía tomar para "recuperar" algo de pelo (ella no se quería operar) y está muy contenta con el resultado.

En el 2017, mi pareja comenzó tratamiento oral con el doctor durante 2 años hasta que se decidió hacer el implante capilar. En diciembre del 2019, el doctor le hizo el implante capilar el cual ya se veia que era poco lo que le habia hecho pero decidimos esperar al año para poder ver bien el resultado. El problema principal de mi pareja era la parte frontal, superior y coronilla. Después de un año del procedimiento, pudimos corroborar lo que ya sabiamos. Mi pareja seguía teniendo zonas sin cubrir y la coronilla estaba casi igual que antes del procedimiento. Nos pusimos en contacto con la clinica varias veces y solo nos ponian excusas para no darnos una cita. Nos dijeron que podrian repetir el procedimiento para arreglar lo que faltaba por cubrir pero no nos daban cita. Pasaron meses y no nos decian nada en concreto y seguian diciendo que la agenda estaba muy llena y que nos llamarian para darnos la cita. Eso nunca pasó. Mi pareja al ver la poca profesionalidad del doctor, la falta de compromiso y varios comentarios similares en google decidió poner solución y hace 1 mes se fue a turquia donde le volvieron a realizar el implante. La diferencia es abismal entre el primer procedimiento y el segundo. En el primero con el doctor salgaray le colocaron como unos 1500 foliculos ( 5000€ mas o menos) y en turquia le colocaron 5000 foliculos ( 3000€ con hotel y todo incluido). El doctor pone de excusa cualquier cosa para poner en duda a los medicos en turquia pero la verdad salta a la vista y los resultados tambien. Decepcionante la experiencia con este doctor. Aqui adjunto varias fotos después de que el doctor le hiciera el transplante.

In the first With Dr. Salerray they placed about 1,500 follicles (€5,000 more or less) and in Turkey they placed 5,000 follicles (€3,000 with hotel and everything included). The doctor uses anything as an excuse to question the doctors in Turkey but the truth is obvious and so are the results. Disappointing experience with this doctor. Es la segunda vez que me ocurre lo siguiente, prescriben una fórmula magistral a mi pareja que tienen que preparar en farmacia y al ir a mi farmacia habitual me dicen que la receta no es válida (no sigue el formato oficial), cuando llamo a la clínica me aconsejan ir a una farmacia de su recomendación (lo cual no es legal), con la segunda fórmula pruebo en otra farmacia y me vuelven a decir que la receta no es válida. Consultando un poco, efectivamente en el boe y en la página oficial del consejo de médicos describen como ha de ser una receta oficial https://www.boe.es/buscar/act.php?id=BOE-A-2011-1013 https://www.cgcom.es/servicios/receta-medica-privada/en-soporte-papel Ruego por favor que rectifiquen y hagan recetas en condiciones porque los pacientes no tenemos que estar yendo a la farmacia que nos deriven de la clínica por no hacer bien las prescripciones. Del resto de servicios no tengo queja.
