Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at Cosmesurge. I underwent a hand peeling treatment that showed no results at all. Appointments were often delayed, and when I shared my concerns, the response was unprofessional and dismissive. I didn’t feel respected or properly cared for as a patient, and management did not offer any real solution. Not the level of service I expected.

لقد كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية مع دكتورة النساء الباكستانية سلمى من مستشفى NMC لقد أجريتُ عملية جراحية وكنتُ حريصًة جدًا على اختيار الطبيب المناسبة. كل مرحلة من تجربتي، بدءًا من دخولي المستشفى وحتى استيقاظي بعد العملية، كانت أشبه بحلم—دون ألم أو معاناة—رحلة استثنائية تقريبًا. لكن سرعان ما تبدّد هذا الشعور بالطمأنينة ليحلّ مكانه كابوس مرير عندما التقيتُ بطبيبة نسائية باكستانية تُدعى الدكتورة سلمى. كانت مسؤولة عن فحصي وإزالة الدعامات الجراحية بعد العملية، ومنذ اللحظة التي دخلت فيها، بدت متوترة ومُنزعجة، تشتكي من اضطرارها للحضور إلي وتؤكد أن لديها مهام أكثر أهمية. جعلني موقفها أشعر وكأنني مجرد عبء وليس مريضًا له الحق الكامل في الرعاية الصحية. لم أكن متأكدة إن كان سلوكها إهمالًا شديدًا مصحوبًا بتوتر واضح، أو أنها كانت ببساطة تُفرغ غضبها عليّ. وبدلًا من تقديم الرعاية الرحيمة، أظهرت لا مبالاة صارخة وانعدامًا للإنسانية، مما جعلني أشعر وكأنني لست مريضة تستحق اللطف والاحترافية. ما كان ينبغي أن يكون إجراءً بسيطًا بعد العملية، تحوّل إلى تجربة مؤلمة، عانيت خلالها من ألم شديد. وبسبب تعاملها العنيف أثناء الإجراء، تعرضت لبعض الجروح الخارجية في منطقة العملية. أطالب بمحاسبتها على سلوكها اللاإنساني، وعدوانيتها، وانعدام الاحترافية في عملها. Every stage of my experience, from entering the hospital to waking up after the operation, felt like a dream—no pain, no suffering—an almost exceptional journey. However, that sense of reassurance quickly faded into a bitter nightmare when I encountered a Pakistani gynecologist named Dr. Salma. She was responsible for examining me and removing the surgical supports after the procedure. From the moment she entered, she appeared tense and irritated, complaining about having to attend to me and insisting that she had more important tasks to handle. Her attitude made me feel as though I was merely a burden, rather than a patient fully entitled to proper care. I couldn’t tell if her behavior was extreme negligence accompanied by severe frustration or if she was simply venting her anger on me. Instead of providing compassionate care, she displayed indifference and a lack of humanity—treating me as though I wasn’t a patient deserving of kindness and professionalism. What should have been a simple post-surgery procedure turned into a traumatic experience, during which I endured severe pain. Due to her aggressive handling during the procedure, I also suffered some external wounds in the surgical area. I demand that she be held accountable for her inhumane conduct, aggression, and lack of professionalism.
