I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Cross and my entire experience with him and his team! After consulting with three other surgeons, I chose Dr. Cross because he was the only one who TRULY listened to my vision for my body instead of trying to push his own preferences. From that first consult, I knew I was in the best hands. Dr. Cross is incredibly skilled and clearly stays up to date with the latest advancements in his field. But what sets him apart even more is his exceptional bedside manner. He’s kind, patient, and never makes you feel like any question is too small or unimportant. Again, he hears you and collaborates & is very clear on surgery goals. His wait time for a consult is a bit long, but that’s only because he’s the best; and trust me, he’s 100% worth the wait! The care I received post-surgery was just as amazing. He was thorough, responsive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. What’s even better is that all post-op care is included in his surgery fees, which shows how committed he is to seeing his patients through every step of the journey. Lastly, his staff is absolutely outstanding! They’re warm, knowledgeable, and make you feel at ease. From beginning to end, they were with me every step of the way, truly going above & beyond! There is nothing I would change about my experience. Dr. Cross is worth every dollar and more. If you’re considering breast augmentation or any procedure, do yourself a favor and book with Dr. Cross. Highly recommend Jen Perry and Cross Medical Group! I received my first ever lip filler injections from Jen a little over three weeks ago, and I could not be happier with the results! As a male considering my first cosmetic procedure, I had a lot of questions and apprehensions. I spent weeks researching the procedure and multiple providers in the area. The staff at Cross were happy to take time to talk with me and thoroughly answer all my questions. When it came time for my appointment, first of all, the Philadelphia office is modern and beautiful. Then on to the consult, Jen spent as much time as I needed answering more of my questions and discussing the specifics of my lip structure and her recommendations on how to best achieve my goals while maintaining a perfectly natural appearance. The procedure was as comfortable and near painless as could be! On top of that, I experienced zero bruising or swelling in the following days! I was so nervous about having anything done to my face when I went to Cross Medical Group, but I wanted to make some subtle improvements to my appearance. Megan has been so incredible to work with. She has made me feel so comfortable. Megan takes the time to talk to you. She goes over all your concerns, what you want, and how to achieve that goal. She does not push anything on you and allows you to lead. Megan does not go overboard with the injections. She does the perfect amount.
