I highly recommend having a hair transplant from Mr Shahmalak and his team at the crown clinic. From my initial consultation I immediately felt that I was in a safe pair of hands and this proved to be so during the day of surgery. The team were so kind, caring and professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back should I need to. I researched a few clinics before I chose to come here and this clinic was so far above the rest in terms of quality, professionalism and care. You think that a hair transplant is something to worry about but I would really recommend anyone thinking about getting one to go with Mr Shahmalak at the crown clinic as he is a very skilled surgeon and I had such a positive experience. They are brilliant at what they do and the after care is fantastic.

Excellent Experience at Crown Clinic Manchester – Highly Recommend I recently had a hair transplant at Crown Clinic Manchester, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, Dr. Shahmalak and his team were incredibly professional, attentive, and reassuring. Visited August 2020, and just never got round to leaving a review despite a positive experience, and impeccable results. My procedure was actually a touch up/correction job, following a transplant I had in Turkey a couple of years before. My original transplant wasn’t a disaster, but I just felt as though it wasn’t quite natural looking enough. Dr Shahmalak immediately identified the problems - too straight- not enough of the finer hairs at the front - and even the direction of some of the hairs not being natural. The procedure wasn’t the biggest or longest but it is the attention to detail that you’re paying for, to the point that he didn’t want to cut all of my hair off so he could use it to design the transplanted area. Some areas from the turkey procedure remain, and are not perfect, but the work of Dr Shahmalak is very good, and I may go back. The only thing I’ve seen on this level was on IG, a surgeon in Holland, who does operations for no less than 30k!

The whole experience was absolutely first class. Dr Shahmalak and his team made me feel so relaxed and welcome. From my consultation to surgery to the end product everything was perfect. All aspects of the hair transplant were explained in detail as were any questions I had. I have considered having a hair transplant done for some years and I’ve seen many friends and colleagues have the procedure. As a medic, I did lots of research into where would be the best place to have a hair transplant and I’m really pleased to say that I chose Crown Clinic in Manchester. The team is headed by a truly gifted surgeon Dr Shahmalak. His attention to detail and the quality of care of his entire team (Afshan, Ella, Charlotte and Kelly) is second to none. I was putting off having a hair transplant for many years due to fear of pain during the local anaesthetic part of the procedure, but he has a special tool to reduce pain which helped significantly. I am truly pleased with the outcome and the service I received from start to finish (including comprehensive aftercare) Well done Dr Shahmalak and team.
