I am so happy with my service today. I am graduating today from UCCS & wanted to treat myself with a blow out and make up. LeeAnn did my hair and she was so kind, warm and really made me feel comfortable. She was encouraging and I appreciate the time she took to make this day feel special. Alyssa did my make up and you can tell she has a lot of experience with working with different skin types. I struggle with acne and an oily t-zone. She knew exactly what products to do and how to pick the best techniques for me. It was personalized and I appreciated the attentiveness. I wish I lived closer as opposed to passing by today. I recommend this place for anyone needing some dolling up before a big event. I will definitely return next time for any formal event.

Today I took a huge leap for something I’ve always wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The hair is amazing, but first I want to say the customer service is impeccable! My consultation with LeeAnn was so comfortable and thorough. She covered every question I had, informed me of things I didn’t know to ask, and kept things honest. I knew I was in the right place and booked for the earliest appointment. On my transformation day, I had the pleasure of having Alyssa do my hair. She was just as thorough, kind, and easy to chat with. She too answered every question I had, and educated me on after care, and the best products to use. I truly felt catered to and at the end of the appointment I went home with the most special gift box with so many goodies to set me up for hair success. I was offered extensions at one price and then told there would be a discount for using my images to advertise curly hair extensions. I was charged more than my original quote l, never told what the discount would be and my hair looked horrible. The extensions were overlapped and hanging off on the ends and not correctly placed (I consulted a Bellami expert when getting them taken out). I am out all of the money and feel I should have been offered some sort of a refund. BUYER BEWARE!
