Crown Hair institute is one of the most amazing companies I've ever come across in my life! DR. DRUMMOND IS THE TRUTH AND HIS BEDSIDE MANNER IS ABOVE AND BEYOND! He is very attentive and will educate you from start to finish. He is very professional and personable. I received my follow up appts on time and they were scheduled before I even left on the day of my procedure. The customer service from start to finish is beyond impeccable! They ALL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE A FAMILY MEMBER. I FELT LIKE IVE KNOWN THEM MY WHOLE LIFE. I FELT COMFORTABLE FROM THE FIRST CALL, FROM THE FIRST TIME I WALKED INTO THEIR OFFICE. I just realized my updated review never saved so I'm writing it again. Thank you, Dr. Robert Drummond and the entire staff & team for the excellent care during my hair procedure. I'm a few months out, after having my hair procedure and couldn't be happier! I look forward to seeing the final results. If you're considering having a hair transplant, Dr Drummond is the man! He put me at ease from the moment I had my first consultation to the day of my procedure. His office is beautiful, and his staff is very friendly, who all make you feel like you're apart of the family. He's truly an artist, highly intelligent, very accomplished and compassionate. His patient coordinator Jessica was with us from start to finish, answering all questions from the consultation through the procedure. Dr Drummond was down to earth and very knowledgeable. He had great bedside manner and was very professional and personable. The in office staff was also wonderful, helpful, accommodating and professional. I am very pleased with my results. It surpassed all of my expectations. Dr Drummond is a master in what he does. I would recommend Dr Drummond to anyone in need of hair transplant services.
