How did 41 people give 5 stars, idk. What a big disappointment. This family is low key shady and money hungry. They thought I would fall for their quick tongue. They over charged me. Trust me when I say there are other restoration businesses in the capital region that are more honest, talented and affordable. Mark did not install or cut my unit correctly. When I mentioned my concerns they tried to charge me for their mistakes. I was unhappy and Joe the father called me aggressive instead of showing compassion and willingness to help resolve the matter. I can say wholeheartedly I am better off with the new stylist I have and I'm paying less money for great units. Please don't be fooled by them. Our happiness and confidence is important. Stay healthy ,happy and safe people. Today is December 18, 2024, and I want to provide an update regarding my initial post. The owner responded five days ago, but his response was not entirely truthful. Contrary to his claim, they never offered to correct their mistake. Instead, the owner called me twice this current week, leaving voice messages, and when I returned the call today, December18th, 2024, he proposed refunding me $800 on the condition that I delete my Google review and sign a nondisclosure agreement. This attempt to silence me, especially during the holiday season, is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the integrity of this business. Unfortunately, my experience has shown that this company operates in a shady, self-serving, and money-driven manner. I feel it's important for others to be aware of this.
We were sincerely disheartened to hear Jose had an unpleasant experience with us. Jose had scheduled an appointment on Saturday April 22nd 2023, to have a nonsurgical graph installed. His cost was the same as we charge all our stock graph clients. He left seemingly quite pleased. The next morning, Sunday, We checked voicemails. As we do every morning, weather open or not. Jose had left a message around midnight the evening before. He stated he was having an issue with the new graph. In the interest of good customer service, We contacted him Sunday morning April 23rd 2023 and had him come in that day to address any concerns for a free service to fix the initial issue post fitting. We are never open on Sundays. We reinstalled the graph, at no charge to him. His next scheduled appointment was Wednesday May 3rd. We heard nothing at all in between appointments, no issues or concerns or complaints. As is our common practice, we contacted him the day before his scheduled appointment, to confirm and let him know there would be an appointment charge. He was very upset, but we do charge for our services. He then hung up.We never want to see our customers leave dissatisfied So In light of good customer service we felt lead to reach out to offer a full refund. We apologize we can’t please everyone, we sincerely wish we could. We wish you the best in the near future.

No pressure, very relaxed atmosphere. they will not pressure you into anything. I chickened out because I just wasn't sure and they told me to think it over a while and if I decide to go forward just call for an appoint.

I recently visited Mark for a haircut, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was welcoming, and he is friendly and professional. He listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions. I trusted him to give me a new style and I couldn’t have been more happy. The cut was precise and stylish, and the service, including a relaxing wash, was top-notch. Highly recommend Mark for an exceptional haircut experience! I really felt like I was at a spa.
