Its been roughly 16 months since I had my procedure, and I couldn't be happier. I initially met Stuart who guided me through the process and introduced me to one of the doctors to talk me through things with him. This was very important to me as I wanted to understand the procedure in detail. I had visited other clinics and felt more at ease with the DHI team. There was no pressure sale and they very keen to understand my needs as opposed to just selling me something which is why I ended up going with them. The procedure itself went very well. Dr Chris was my surgeon and made feel as comfortable as possible throughout. Constantly talking to me, making sure I was ok and kept me calm. Post op care has been excellent and again, I have felt very well looked after. The results are amazing and I am genuinely so so happy with them! Its given me so much confidence and day to day life. DHI's professionalism, care and reassurance throughout is commendable. This was something I never thought I could do and I am so glad I did it! Thank you so much to the whole team! So far so good. Had the transplant 6 months ago. Hair looks very good, already started to have great results. The procedure was not 100% pain free but was done in half a day and totally worth the little pain you have to go through to get your hair back. The staff is very good, very welcoming they are there for you anytime you need so I got nothing to say but positive so far

Avoid This Clinic, Deceptive Practice and Outdated Techniques My partner had a hair transplant at this clinic a couple of years ago, and it was a complete disappointment. He initially paid for 8,000 grafts, but after the procedure was finished, he was informed that they had only extracted and implanted 3,000 grafts—without any refund for the difference. This past week he decided to undergo a second hair transplant elsewhere. The new specialist being a top Dr in the field confirmed that only 1,500 grafts had actually been implanted, meaning this clinic had misled me about the procedure. Not only did they overcharge and under-deliver, but they also used outdated techniques. This clinic prioritizes profit over patient care, luring people in with false promises. If you’re considering a hair transplant, save yourself the pain, frustration and money—go to Turkey instead.
