I have known Dr Andre Nel as a friend and a colleague for many years.He is a very dedicated and thorough doctor who always puts his patients first. If you consider his state of the art facilities, patient satisfaction, expert training worldwide and his years of experience, I have no doubt that he must be one of the best, if not the best hair restoration surgeon in Ireland at present. I went to Dr. Andre Nel in Dublin for SMP into my donor and other areas that were thinning. I had a series of transplants in my 20s and Dr. Nel was able to cover the donor scars up with SMP. There's a lot of bad SMP on the Internet, so I wanted to have this done with a hair restoration surgeon first and foremost for the highest standard. Honestly, it was like having the results of a transplant after and results were instant after my 3 hour session. I firmly believe had I done this a few years ago I would have had less surgery. It was also pain free as Dr. Nel anaesthetized my donor area to make the SMP session painless and comfortable. I can now enjoy the next 10 years without surgery, and top up other areas in the future with SMP. A really great alternative to the pursuit of multiple transplants.

Dr. Nel’s reputation consistently stood out as the best in the field. His cost evaluation seemed equitable, and his unmatched expertise and guidance were evident from the initial consultation through to the actual procedure. Now at 41, having experienced considerable hair loss, I took comfort in Dr. Nel’s extensive training in a variety of hair transplant techniques. He harvested over 4000 grafts, ensuring substantial coverage across the front and mid-scalp areas. Dr. Nel’s skill in designing natural hairlines is exceptional, and his meticulous and thoughtful planning during the consultation and pre-procedure stages gave me a clear vision of the expected results.
