Great 1st time experience. My condition was unique, that I had my one breast implant, done many years ago , become hard & sometimes painful. I was very anxious & scared to have surgery & concern that I had to pay completely out of pocket. At my phone inquiry, I received a "text". It made me feel I could be discreet with my inquiry & was glad to have a free consult the following week. I was put to ease when I was able to ask Dr. Chao directly all my questions. He also agreed to do surgery on the one problem breast instead of insisting both done at the same time as other offices. Paula laid out a clear schedule of Pre & Post Op care so I could be prepared for each step. It was a relief to me that surgery was done at Saratoga Hospital Outpatient knowing that I would have full medical experienced staff. They were excellent! Dr. Chao's private OR Nurse Becky kept close tab on my post op progress. She also did my 1st post op visit & was very caring taking time to answer more questions & was reassuring. My healing progressed without any problems & my scar getting softer. I had keloid in a past surgery so I am glad it didn't happen again. Dr. Chao & staff are conscientious in their work & they are kind. - Nurse C.

Tears of absolute joy was my response the day, Dr. Chao removed my surgical dressings. When I saw my face, I looked at 20 years younger, more importantly, not fake.
