Estuve en consulta con el dr Custodio, más de un año, y Excelente él y su equipo. Lo malo, me avisan que no podrá atenderme más, porque el dr se dedicará a trasplantes, quedé triste, volver a empezar no era fácil, visité mas tricologos para dar continuidad al tratamiento, (,sin estar segura). De repente pasados casi 2 años me contactaron, por si quería que me atendieran de nuevo, esta vez el dr Gallardo, quien atenderla consultas, acepté, y la verdad muy contenta, con el tratamiento, el dr profesional, amable y cuidadoso, asi como todo el equipo: Antonio, Guillermo y Lenor, son Excelentes profesionales, e increíbles personas. Mi tratamiento aunque lento, va bien, lo más importante me siento segura con las recomendaciones médicas. Sin lugar a dudas, recomiendo visiten la clínica, seguro no se arrepentirán. ¡Gracias a todos!
Translated: I was in consultation with Dr. Custodio for over a year, and he and his team were excellent. The bad thing was that they told me he wouldn't be able to see me anymore because the doctor was going to dedicate himself to transplants. I was sad; starting over wasn't easy. Me opero el Dr Espinosa CUSTODIO, en la clínica Nova Korpo, en diciembre del 2018 de un injerto capilar. El resultado ha sido nefasto, sigo igual de calvo pero con la zona donante abrasada. Tanto el Dr. EZEQUIEL MONZON, que en aquellos momentos llevaba mi caso, como el Dr ESPINOSA CUSTODIO, me aseguraron que iba a quedar con pelo, y sino me devolvían el dinero, y no ha sido ninguna de las dos cosas. Fui a verle en julio del año pasado y también se lavo las manos, me dijo que siguiera con minoxidil y que si quería me hacía otra intervención (pero no me comento nada de que esa segunda intervención corría por su cuenta). He sido engañado por ambos doctores.

The result has been disastrous, I am still just as bald but with the donor area burned. Both Dr. EZEQUIEL MONZON, who was handling my case at that time, and Dr. ESPINOSA CUSTODIO, assured me that I would be left with my hair, and if not, they would return my money, and neither of those things happened. El viernes 25 de octubre de 2024 me hice un transplante capilar en el instituto medico del prado con el Dr. Espinosa Custodio y todo su equipo y el trato fue inmejorable desde el preoperatorio, durante la operación y el desde el minuto 1 pusieron todo a mi disposición haciendo que me sintiese como en casa, sin duda habría tomado la decisión mucho antes, lo recomiendo al 100% a quien quiera hacerse esta operación.

Llegué a la clínica con las expectativas muy altas, pero en ningún momento pensé que saldría de allí con esta sensación de alegría! Ni que decir que el resultado ha sido de 10: La atención y planificación previa es inmejorable. La atención y amabilidad de todo el equipo no se puede superar. El doctor es una persona muy atenta, servicial, agradable y sobre todo profesional. Es un gusto conocer gente tan maravillosa!!
