Unfortunately, this place overpromises and underdelivers. Not only are the services extremely overpriced (their scalp treatment was a glorified hair shampoo with essential oils and some combing after), it was extremely disorganized and the person who was taking care of me forgot about me during the treatment. Wasted almost $750 for a hair wash that didn't help my scalp psoriasis at all. Place feels very sales-y and everything the trichologist stated was just to make an extra buck. Keep in mind that I've been a nurse for 10 years and went in already knowing the condition of my scalp, and just wanted treatment. Also got charged for a 'hair analysis' that I never received the results for. Extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and hard earned money here.

Dr. Leola is truly one of a kind—20 out of 10! I walked into her clinic with no grand expectations and left completely blown away by the knowledge and positivity I experienced during my consultation. When I started with Dr. Leola in late August 2024 I was desperately trying to find real help to regrow my hair. Over the past 3 years I had 7 PRP treatments, the last was in late April 2024 after a bout with Covid, flu A and then a major surgery my body was in crisis mode resulting in 40% hair loss. You could easily see my scalp. My husband saw Dr. Leola on Fox 26 and I got in to see her right away. My hair loss wasn’t my only issue, my entire body was in major stress. At my initial consultation which included a hair analysis to be sent off a plan was implemented to start my recovery. I began with a hair restoration diet and supplements. I also go in weekly for hair/scalp treatments. This is a commitment on my behalf with dietary guidelines, supplements and at home treatments that I have strictly followed. Within 3 weeks my gut health had completely changed, I’ve lost 15 pounds, my energy doesn’t crash half way through the day, I sleep soo well AND best of all my hair is growning back in!
