I had my hair transplant at the clinic on May 12, 2025, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The consultation and communication with the team were great—they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and well-informed. The surgery day itself was perfect: professional staff, smooth procedure, and I felt well taken care of throughout. Post-op care and follow-up have also been very good so far. The team provided clear instructions for recovery. It’s still early days, but so far the results look promising, and I’m optimistic. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to others. They offer great service at a decent price, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.

Ich hatte gestern eine Oberlidstraffung bei Dr. Moheb und bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Trotz meiner anfänglichen Nervosität hat Dr. Moheb mit seiner freundlichen, offenen und einfühlsamen Art sofort Vertrauen aufgebaut und mir die Angst genommen. Die Operation selbst verlief ruhig und professionell – ich habe mich die ganze Zeit in besten Händen gefühlt. Schon jetzt, einen Tag nach dem Eingriff, bin ich beeindruckt von seiner ruhigen Hand und der angenehmen Atmosphäre während der Behandlung. Natürlich bin ich gespannt auf das endgültige Ergebnis, aber der erste Eindruck ist sehr positiv. Vielen Dank an Dr. Moheb und sein Team für die tolle Betreuung.

Ich habe den Arzt telefonisch kontaktiert, um mich über Filler zu informieren, die ich vor etwa fünf Jahren injiziert bekommen habe und bei denen es sich vermutlich um permanente Filler handelt. Da ich nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht habe, diese entfernen zu lassen, bin ich durch eine Google-Suche auf seine Praxis gestoßen. Am Telefon sagte er mir, dass eine Entfernung der Filler riskant sein könne, aber es eventuell Möglichkeiten gebe, mir zu helfen. Dafür müsse er mich persönlich sehen. Also bin ich extra aus einer anderen Stadt angereist – eine Fahrt von über drei Stunden – um ihn in seiner Praxis in Hamburg zu treffen. Leider war der Empfang alles andere als herzlich. Der Arzt wirkte sehr distanziert, zeigte keine Empathie und begrüßte mich weder freundlich noch mit einem Lächeln. Während des Gesprächs hatte ich das Gefühl, dass er mir gar nicht richtig zuhören wollte. Stattdessen wiederholte er immer nur: „Ich kann nichts für Sie tun.“ Ich war von diesem Verhalten sehr enttäuscht. Wenn er bereits im Vorfeld gewusst hat, dass er mir nicht helfen kann, hätte er mir das am Telefon sagen können – das hätte mir eine lange und unnötige Reise erspart.
Translated: I contacted the doctor by phone to inquire about fillers I had injected about five years ago, which are believed to be permanent. Since I was looking for a way to have them removed, I came across his practice through a Google search. On the phone, he told me that removing the fillers could be risky, but that there might be ways to help me. He would need to see me in person for that. So I traveled from another city—a drive of over three hours—to meet him at his practice in Hamburg. Unfortunately, the reception was anything but warm. The doctor seemed very distant, showed no empathy, and didn't greet me in a friendly manner or with a smile. During the conversation, I had the feeling he didn't really want to listen to me. Instead, he just kept repeating, "There's nothing I can do for you." I was very disappointed by this behavior. If he had known in advance that he couldn't help me, he could have told me over the phone—that would have saved me a long and unnecessary trip.

Ich hatte Ende Oktober 2024 eine Haartransplantation bei Herrn Dr. Afshin Moheb und bin mit dem bisherigen Ergebnis sowie dem gesamten Ablauf rundum zufrieden. Heute ist der 11. April 2025, und obwohl das finale Ergebnis noch ein wenig Zeit braucht, bin ich schon jetzt sehr glücklich mit dem, was ich im Spiegel sehe. Vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis zur Nachsorge habe ich mich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Dr. Moheb ist nicht nur fachlich äußerst kompetent, sondern nimmt sich auch wirklich Zeit für seine Patientinnen und Patienten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und sehr professionelle Team an seiner Seite – alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren aufmerksam, einfühlsam und haben mir den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich auch aufrichtig für mein Verhalten während des Eingriffs entschuldigen – ich habe mich in einem Moment nicht angemessen benommen. Trotzdem wurde mir mit Geduld und Verständnis begegnet, was ich sehr zu schätzen weiß. Alles in allem kann ich Dr. Moheb und sein Team uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis zur vollendeten Haartransplantation ein komplett professionelles Team. Das Erstgespräch mit Herrn Dr. Moheb ist aufklärend und auch als Leihe nachvollziehbar. Es wird erklärt, was bei einer Haartransplantation gemacht wird. Am Tag des Eingriffes wird man von Anfang an sehr gut betreut und fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Mitarbeiter*innen haben eine große Geduld und arbeiten absolut professionell. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut.
