Very disappointing as Dr Sanai was all about communicating and helping me until I started to feel uncomfortable. I had read the reviews and although her lines in pictures were not as clean as my friends had warned me about I continued to talk about what I wanted done. I was rushed to make a deposit and wasn’t sure how far her office was from where we were moving to, I proceeded. When we arrived I was in the process of moving, finding out my husband would be deploying and dealing with some other medical concerns. Dr Sanai was over two hours away and I was told I needed to pay in full two weeks prior to a consult or surgery. I said it was too much for me right now and I would cancel. I was then told my deposit was non-refundable and would be held as a credit. After pleading with the secretary she said she would discuss with the doctor. I also reached out to the doctor. NO RESPONSE. I wanted two weeks and reached out, NO RESPONSE. A small deposit I could understand but $1,000 just seems a scam.. they won’t even respond now and it just makes me sick how she said she supported the military and looked out for us. I should have believed the bad reviews! Lesson learned Response- none of my medical history was requested and no, this was not explained to me numerous times. I got an estimate after the video consult. Nothing was sent to me explaining the process!
The surgery scheduling procedure at our office is as follows: We set up an appointment with our Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and we send you information about our office and request your medical history and medical records. You meet with our Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to review your concerns and learn about Plastic Surgery treatments. This thorough review of your medical history, review of your medical concerns and your plastic surgery concerns, discussion of options, risks and benefits of same can take 60-90 minutes with our Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Your are given several options and you are given the option to choose what would work best for you. You are then given a written summary of everything you have chosen. You then elect to choose a date for your treatment. When you choose this date you are informed that you would have to place a non-refundable deposit to secure this date for your surgery at the hospital. Your pre-surgery appointment is then made with you to meet with the anesthesia team, the surgical team and with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. The date you elected is then secured for you at the hospital for your surgery. Your records are sent to the hospital and to the anesthesia team. Your surgery is then discussed with the anesthesia team and with the surgery suite staff to order equipment, implants, garments and schedule nursing staff for your surgery. You and your family have a 60-90 minute meeting to discuss your surgery and risks/ benefits with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. All the pre-surgery and post-surgery instructions are reviewed thoroughly with your plastic surgeon. Your Plastic Surgeon answers all of your questions and all of your families questions. All medications are reviewed and all necessary prescriptions are given to you. You then meet with the anesthesia team and all surgery instructions are reviewed and all questions are answered prior to your planned surgery. All your post-surgery appointments at our office are made and provided to you. We plan our pre-surgery process with meticulous care and detail. It involves care and co-ordination with multiple teams and a lot of time/effort is placed on caring for you and for your seamless recovery. Our policy clearly states that our surgery deposits are non-refundable because of all the work we put into preparing you for surgery. We have found that it is one of the things that our patients have always regarded as a source of comfort while they go through their surgery with us. This information has been communicated to you several times.

FRAUD Alert! This “doctor” doesn’t know nothing about injectables. I asked them if they do do eyesight injections and she told me she has never done it but shouldn’t be any different then anything else. I was skeptical but went in. She told me it might not work for my dark circles and I said I’d take that loss. She injected me where it didn’t belong and it created awful bulges under my eyes and every-time I called her about it she said it takes 3 months to get better. Finally after 3 months she agreed to do a dissolver for me. She also didn’t know how to do it, as I didn’t feel anything and nothing improved. She said it also takes 3 months. After a month I got sick of it and went to another specialist. They had to do an MRI under my eyes and inject a lot of dissolver which was very painful. But it started working right away. After just 3 days all the dissolver disappeared. They also told me that Dr. Saini placed the filler in the wrong places. I contacted her today asking for my refund of the filler and that I would absorb the $500 for the dissolver I had to pay another company for. She said they have a no refund policy. She also doesn’t know anything about Botox. You’ll have to go back 3 times to get a normal dose. I will be posting a bad review everywhere I can find them and contacting plastic surgery board and everyone I can. She will make you sign an agreement before any procedure because she knows she is completely unexperienced. DO NOT sign anything at this office! I’m surprised she didnt kill anyone yet. FRAUD!!!

She daggone near killed me 7 years ago. The scars are horrible, the appearance is uneven. Truly wished I'd have done better research. Yes, absolutely she's super easy to talk to and can sell you a pipe dream in a minute. The reputation she has on post is absolutely horrific and again I wished I would have done my part. Because she knew she messed me up she was trying to sweet talk me, offering a position in her office etcetera. Her bedside manners are indeed top notch but her intentions are ill. I ended up paying out of pocket to have her botch job corrected. The initial reduction was covered by Tricare, easy money for her. The entire job ended up summing up to $250 000.00 for Tricare due to emergency and post operative care because of her being limited available going on vacation 2 days post procedure with no back up surgeon but only her cell phone to communicate via text. Three months later a 3 inch thick by 2 inch long bulk of sutue was surgically removed from both my breasts. Form your opinion but be more cautious and less gully than I was.

I typically only write positive reviews. Never negative ones. In which I did write a positive review shortly after my procedure in March 2023. I was asked by Dr Saini to write it. At the time, because it was early on, I was pleased with the liposuction of my thighs. Though I hadn’t healed, I was told all the swelling would go down and my legs would be even (because of previous injuries, one thigh was bigger than the other). I deleted that review. Short story, six months later, my legs looked worse than they did initially. One of them “sunk” in and now has a huge indention. And both still look bad, 10 months later. When I went for my final follow up, four months ago, I was told by Dr Saini, the only thing that could fix it would be a thigh lift and of course it would be several thousand more dollars. That wasn’t an option when I did the research on it. Huge scars, ridiculous recommendation!! I was also told that I would be contacted with the cost of this procedure. Not only have I never received this, I haven’t heard anything back from Dr Saini at all. She knew I was unhappy with the results and hasn’t bothered to see if she can help in any way. Dr Saini is a very nice person whom I really liked, but I’m so disappointed in the final outcome of the procedure as well as the fact that there wasn’t even any common decency to reach out to me at all. I also paid for a skin tightening procedure, in which I thought was getting rid of a double chin. $2000 later, I didn’t even finish the procedures. I was told it would be like a little sunburn. Totally not! I would leave with my face hurting so bad, blood shot red with suction cup spots all over my face for days. I could never go back to work looking like that. They weren’t even honest. And come to find out, it wasn’t doing anything for my chin. I was misinformed. Very disappointed and lost thousands of dollars in this place. I’m confused of how many positive reviews are here and how few negative reviews there are, makes me wonder, especially when I was told by several people not to go here. I wish I had listened to them now.

Dr. Saira Saini is really nice, knowledgeable and amazing! I have been to her business inquiring about lasers and CoolSculpting and she has helped guide me through all of it! I have always been anxious about visiting the doctors, yet her office is super warm and welcoming. Plus all of the ladies who work there are super kind as well!! You will never leave her office without the results that you want. I also recommend her to my own family and she was super accommodating and kind!
