I had a hair transplant here and want to express my contentment. Dr. Biçer performs only one of these a day and does the surgical parts personally (as other reviews attest). Dr. Biçer and her staff were professionals who put me at ease. The anesthesiologist was excellent, making sure I felt no pain. After the anesthetic (not too painful, I've had a lot worse), I was fine and actually slept through much of the procedure. I didn't have significant pain afterwards either. You sometimes read that should be the case. But watch out. This was actually my second such procedure, and the first was in the U.S. There, I had a lot of pain. In fact, the anesthesia actually ran out before the end), and the pain after was maddening. I believe this shows why. I can recommend Dr. Biçer. You are in good hands with her and her staff. She is also honest about expectations and doesn't want to over-harvest. Other places aren't so careful. I chose Dr. Biçer after much research, and I'm glad that I did.

Just got my FUE surgery done a couple days ago with Dr. Bicer. She performed the extractions and the incisions herself. The whole process took most of the day as i got about 4100 grafts. The clinic is spotless, the care team are so supportive and professional and the surgery has been healing perfectly. I look forward to posting photos as my hairline comes in.

I had my first hair transplant with Dr. Özlem Biçer in April 2023, this session totaled around 4,200 grafts which covered the frontal area. Now in June 2025 at the time of writing this review I have just finished my second hair transplant to cover the crown area and a small touch up to add slightly more density into the hairline (around 100 grafts) with rest (around 1,000 grafts) into the crown. We agreed to intentionally leave some spare grafts in the donor region should I need them in the future for any top up. I chose the clinic for a few reasons, firstly they only take one patient per day so you know you're getting all the attention you require. Secondly the clinics fantastic reputation and international board certifications. Finally, and most importantly is the fact that Dr Biçer personally does all parts of the procedure that affects the final results. Overall I'm very pleased with the results, I went in with realistic expectations around how much I could extract from the donor region and Dr Biçer over the 2 sessions was able to cover my entire head. Density and graft placement is so important when working with a finate donor region. I'm happy with the density that was able to be achieved combined with clever graft placements I think you couldn't get any better results with the amount of grafts that I had available to use. Ich habe mich für Dr. Bicer entschieden weil ich die Ergebnisse ihrer Haarlinien ganz besonders schätzte, und mir ihre Referenz zudem in einem Oline Forum empfohlen wurde. Nach einer Anzahlung kann Unterkunft und Shuttleservice optional durch den Hauptansprechpartner Herrn Aydin gebucht werden. Das würde ich unbedingt empfehlen, denn der Eingriff selbst kann, je nach der individuellen Situation des Patienten, sehr fordernd für den Körper sein. Es ist wirklich besser wenn man sich jenseits des Eingriffs um nichts weiter kümmern muss, und genau an dem Punkt leistet Herr Aydin hervorrangende Arbeit. Das gesamte Team von Frau Dr. Bicer ist kompetent und sehr freundlich. Die Anästhesie und die Ernte des Spenderareals waren waren bei mir schmerzhaft, aber auszuhalten. Es handelt sich hier eben um einen chirurgischen Eingriff und nicht um Urlaub. Die Ernte der Crafts und die Positionierung der Känäle für die Crafts wurden von Frau Dr. Bicer vorgenommen. Die Anästhesie und das Einfügen der Crafts wurden von zwei erfahrenen Krankenschwestern durchgeführt. Am Tag darauf wurden die Verbände abgenommen und Frau Dr. Bicer war sichtlich erfreut über das sehr gute Ergebniss. Ich war genauso glücklich darüber und stieß überschwenglich ein paar Stunden später mit dem Kopf am Shuttledach an. Etwa geschätzte 20-30 Crafts lagen im Taxi, während der Kopf stark blutete. Ich rief sofort Herrn Aydin an, und Fr Dr Bicer war 60 min später in der Klinik, reinigte das Wundareal und repositionierte die Crafts. Heute, 2 Tage nach der Notfallkorrektur, sieht das Wundareal für mich nicht mehr anders aus als die anderen transplantierten Areale. Offenbar konnte eine Infektion durch das schnelle und professionelle Eingreifen von Frau Dr. Bicer verhindert werden. Zudem haben die reposiitonierten Crafts jetzt eine Chance anzuwachsen. Dazu kommt noch das mir dieser Notfalleingriff an einem Sonntag _nicht_ in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Und dazu kommt noch, das mir Herr Aydin am Folgetag einen neuen Flug für mich gebucht hat, und mich darüber hinaus noch mit seinem Privatfahrzeug zum Flughafen brachte (sehr bedacht das ich mir nicht noch einmal beim Ein -und Aussteigen den Kopf stoße :) ). Natürlich nachdem er mir am Unfallabend zuvor noch ein Abendessen auf mein Zimmer schicken ließ. Fazit: Die Klinik Ozlem Bicer ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Jeder einzelne dort macht weit mehr als nur seinen Job! Teşekkürler!

It really is better when you don't have to worry about anything beyond the procedure, and this is precisely where Mr. Aydin does an outstanding job. Dr. Bicer's entire team is competent and very friendly. The anesthesia and harvesting of the donor area were painful for me, but bearable. This is a surgical procedure, not a vacation. Dr. Bicer harvested the crafts and positioned the channels for the crafts. The anesthesia and insertion of the crafts were performed by two experienced nurses. The dressings were removed the following day, and Dr. Bicer was visibly pleased with the excellent result. I was just as happy about it and, exuberantly, hit my head on the shuttle roof a few hours later. An estimated 20-30 crafts were lying in the taxi, while my head was bleeding profusely. I immediately called Mr. Aydin, and Dr. Bicer was at the clinic 60 minutes later, cleaned the wound area, and repositioned the crafts. Today, 2 days after the emergency correction, the wound area looks no different to me than the other transplanted areas. Apparently, Dr. Bicer's quick and professional intervention prevented an infection. Furthermore, the repositioned crafts now have a chance to grow. On top of that, I was _not_ billed for this emergency procedure on a Sunday. And on top of that, Mr. Aydin booked me a new flight the following day and even drove me to the airport in his private car (very careful that I wouldn't hit my head again getting in and out :) ). Of course, that was after he had dinner sent to my room the night before the accident. Conclusion: The Ozlem Bicer Clinic is highly recommended! Everyone there goes above and beyond! Highly recommended!
