Na bijna zes jaar opnieuw ontzettend blij met de professionaliteit van eClinic. Destijds heeft eClinic onze zoon geholpen met een haartransplantatie toen hij 17 was. Nu, jaren later, heeft hij gekozen voor een strakke, militaristische haardracht waar hij zich in Spanje helemaal goed bij voelt. Omdat zijn haargrens zich verder terugtrekt, vroeg hij zich af wat de beste optie was als hij de eerder getransplanteerde haren wilde laten verwijderen. De reactie van eClinic was niet alleen snel en helder, maar vooral eerlijk: in plaats van een behandeling bij henzelf aan te raden, adviseerden ze om naar een huidtherapeut in Valencia te gaan. Dit zou een veiligere en betere oplossing zijn dan een ingreep bij eClinic in Nederland, die de huid mogelijk zou kunnen beschadigen. Het is ontzettend fijn om te merken dat eClinic echt meedenkt en niet simpelweg probeert een nieuwe behandeling te verkopen. Veel andere klinieken zouden dit wellicht als een kans zien om opnieuw te verdienen, maar hier draait het duidelijk om de klant en zijn welzijn op de lange termijn. Dat oprechtheid hier belangrijker is dan winst, is bewonderenswaardig. Daarom dik verdiend vijf sterren voor eClinic in Laren! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Because his hairline is receding, he wondered what the best option was if he wanted to have the previously transplanted hair removed. eClinic's response was not only quick and clear, but above all honest: instead of recommending a treatment themselves, they recommended going to a skin therapist in Valencia. This would be a safer and better solution than a procedure at eClinic in the Netherlands, which could potentially damage the skin. It is very nice to notice that eClinic really thinks along and does not simply try to sell a new treatment. Many other clinics might see this as an opportunity to earn money again, but here it's clearly about the customer and their long-term well-being. The fact that sincerity is more important than profit here is admirable. Therefore, five stars are well deserved for eClinic in Laren! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ik ben bij eClinic geweest voor een second opinion na een haartransplantatie waar ik een slecht gevoel over had. Dat bleek een goede stap. In twee consulten heeft Rozemarijn nauwgezet in kaart gebracht wat fout is gegaan. Met haar bevindingen (door twee andere onafhankelijke specialisten bevestigd) dacht ik dat de kliniek zijn fouten zou erkennen. Immers, het ging niet om details: te weinig grafts geplaatst, verkeerde haarrichting, te veel geoogst, etc. Dat had ik verkeerd ingeschat. Het heeft iets langer geduurd, 2,5 jaar om precies te zijn, maar de verzekeraar van de betreffende kliniek heeft aansprakelijkheid erkend. Dit had ik niet bereikt zonder Rozemarijn's kundige en coöperatieve houding. Ze is op en top professional.

Een haartransplantatie is niet iets wat je zomaar laat doen. Na zorgvuldige online research bij twee klinieken uitgekomen, waaronder eClinic. Dokter Rozemarijn was vanaf het begin attent en zorgvuldig in de informatie. Hoe ziet het haar er nu uit, wat kan er verbeterd worden, wat zijn de kosten. Na een duidelijke intake en heldere offerte meteen tot een datum gekomen. De behandeling was heel prettig. Op een klein prikje na voel je niets. Ik kan zelf prima tegen bloed en naalden, maar alles werd uitgelegd en als er angsten waren werd er rekening mee gehouden. Lo-fi op de achtergrond, een ontspannen sfeer, een zalige lunch en een onberispelij schone omgeving. Hartelijke service en een goed nagesprek volgden. Antibiotica werden meegegeven en een uitgebreid schema hoe je de aankomende twee weken je leven moet inrichten op de nazorg, want de grafts zitten nog niet vast. Het resultaat is natuurlijk, mooi en vol. De communicatie is altijd op een prettige manier verlopen. Zeker ook een extra blijk van waardering voor Anne-Loes, de rechterhand van Rozemarijn. Je kan de grafts tellen, je weet wat je te wachten staat en de nazorg is goed en klantgericht. Ik kan me geen betere kliniek wensen dan eClinic.

I can handle blood and needles just fine, but everything was explained and if there were any fears they were taken into account. Lo-fi in the background, a relaxed atmosphere, a delicious lunch and an impeccably clean environment. Cordial service and a good discussion followed. Antibiotics were given and an extensive schedule on how to organize your life for the next two weeks regarding aftercare, because the grafts are not yet attached. The result is natural, beautiful and full. Communication has always been pleasant. Certainly also an extra token of appreciation for Anne-Loes, Rozemarijn's right hand. You can count the grafts, you know what to expect and the aftercare is good and customer-oriented. I couldn't wish for a better clinic than eClinic.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I had my first hair transplant at the Clinic a year ago and since I was extremely happy with the results I decided, after consultation, to come back a second time for a different area. The procedure was painless and the recovery time was quick. Furthermore, the extra care of the staff member both during the recovery time and months later was spotless.The staff (both the assistant and the doctor) at the clinic were friendly and professional, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this procedure to anyone struggling with hair loss. The results are natural-looking and have greatly improved my self-confidence.
