Mr. Ben Beckham's longstanding negative review of our salon has persisted without justification. As the stylist who last worked with him, I feel compelled to provide context regarding his departure as a client. During his final visit, while performing his service, I noticed he made a sound that prompted me to ask if he was in discomfort. He assured me he was fine, stating he was simply watching a funny video. I continued with my work, but shortly thereafter, he asked me to view something on his phone. This led to an unexpected and inappropriate live video of his partner in a vulnerable position. I was taken aback, laughed off the discomfort, and completed the service. Following this incident, my manager addressed Mr. Beckham's behavior, which resulted in his embarrassment and subsequently an unjust review that misrepresented the situation. After 12 years of service in this salon, I can affirm that we maintain a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and consistently strive to exceed our clients' expectations. The negative review does not reflect our values or the high standard of service we provide. We believe in fostering a respectful environment for all clients and staff, and we are committed to maintaining this standard.

I have been a client for many years. I will honestly say I love the service and the staff. They always go out of there way to find the best system and services. As an entertainer its important for my hair to look natural. I never have to worry about how it looks. they have several options and will discuss each so you fully understand. Also, as a side note, they make you feel comfortable and relaxed when you go for a service. I have tried a few others in the past (until is went to elements) I felt like I was buying a car or something. but elements made me feel right at home with their staff and knowing everyone of a first name basis. I fully recommend them to anyone who has thinning hair of balding. they are a blessing to their clients
