14 Aralık 2023 tarihinde Emp Hair'de saç ekimi (5000 greft) + 1 seans kök hücre tedavisi + 1 yıllık avesin şampuan, avesin serum ve trichoplus multi vitamin + hediye 1 seans PRP satın aldım toplamda 63.000TL para verdim ve ekimden sonraki 1 aylık süreçte saçlar dökülürken, dibinde doku ile birlikte döküldüğünü ve bir problem olabileceğini firmaya ilettim. Bütün mesajlarımız (ses kayıtları ile birlikte) kayıtlı, dekontlarım, faturalarım duruyor. Firma ise gayet normal bir dökülme diyerek durumu geçiştirdi. Ekim işlemini çok genç kişiler yaptı, profesyonellik yoktu. Ekimden önce saçlarımın durumu daha iyiydi, şimdi ise mevcut saçlarım da ekimden kaynaklı döküldü. Bu durumu süreç boyunca sürekli dile getirdim ve ekimin başarısız olduğu 6. Aydan itibaren belliydi, hiçbir işlem ve kullanmam için sattıkları ürünler işe yaramadı. 1. Senenin sonunda bana hâlâ 18. Ayı beklememi söylüyorlardı ve sürekli gelin inceleyelim diyorlardı (fotoğrafların her şeyi anlattığı ortada, dermascope ile bakmak 12.ayın sonunda çok saçma). Satışı yapan Canan Hanım kök hücre tedavisi ve 1 yıllık saç bakım ürünleri de sattı fakat onlar da işe yaramadı. 2023 yılında toplamda 63 bin tl ödedim, saç ekiminin ücreti ise faturaya yanlış yazılıp 25 bin tl olarak işlendi, aslında 35 bin tl olması gerekiyordu. Dekontlarda her şey ortada zaten. Bu arada sigara içmem, alkolüm yok, 6 ayda bir kan veririm (geçersiz bir değerim olur ise doktorum vitamin yazar). Sizden parayı alana kadar çok güler yüzlüler çok ilgililer fakat işlemlerden sonra her şey değişiyor. Piyasanın üstünde ücret ödeyip kötü bir hizmet almak ve mağdur olmak çok kötü bir durum. Kimsenin bu firmadan bu şekilde mağduriyet yaşamasını istemediğim için bu yaşadıklarımı her yerde dile getireceğim ve elimden geleni yapacağım. Yaptıkları işlemin başarısız olduğunu söylediğimde Saadet Hanım, "Siz de ekstra hiçbir şey yapmamışsınız saçların çıkması için" diyebildi (ses kayıtları mevcut). The sales person Canan Hanım also sold stem cell treatment and 1-year hair care products, but they did not work either. I paid a total of 63 thousand TL in 2023, and the hair transplant fee was incorrectly written on the invoice and recorded as 25 thousand TL, but it should have been 35 thousand TL. Everything is clear on the receipts. By the way, I do not smoke, I do not drink alcohol, I donate blood every 6 months (if I have an invalid value, my doctor prescribes vitamins). They are very friendly and attentive until they get the money from you, but everything changes after the procedures. It is a very bad situation to pay a price above the market and receive bad service and be a victim. Since I do not want anyone to suffer from this company in this way, I will voice these experiences everywhere and do my best. When I told her that the procedure they performed was unsuccessful, Ms. Saadet could only say, "You didn't do anything extra for the hair to grow" (voice recordings are available). I guess according to them, having a hair transplant in their company is not enough for the hair to grow, I had to use extra products (I used stem cells, PRP, shampoo, serum and multivitamins, but they didn't work because of the unsuccessful transplant they performed). As of today, the 18th month has passed. They say they will transplant again, but those who fail the first procedure cannot be successful in the second one either. In addition, the hair I took for the transplant will not grow again, they will have to account for this damage. Those who will have a hair transplant in this company should first read the comments and the complaint site, their Google ads are full of fake users and their Instagram ads are misleading. If the management does not come up with a logical and solution-oriented approach and an apology, I will demand my money back with current interest and the loss of physical gold value at that time (I buy gold with all my salary, there is evidence of this.
