Vorsicht vor dieser Klinik – sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Wenn ich null Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Nach der Haartransplantation wurde ich nur am nächsten Tag zur Haarwäsche kontaktiert danach gab es keinerlei Kontakt mehr. Es fand keinerlei Nachsorge oder medizinische Betreuung statt. Die Klinik scheint sich nur für das Geld zu interessieren und nicht für das Wohl der Patienten. Ich kann diese Klinik absolut nicht empfehlen. Ich habe eine Haartransplantation in dieser Klinik machen lassen und kann nur dringend davon abraten. Es wurde vertraglich vereinbart, 3500 Haarfollikel in zwei Phasen zu transplantieren. In der ersten Phase wurden jedoch nur ca. 1200 Follikel entnommen und eingesetzt. Als ich mich darüber beschwerte und rechtliche Schritte ankündigte, kontaktierte mich der Klinikleiter über eine gefälschte Telefonnummer. Er versprach, den Fehler durch eine kostenlose zweite Transplantation in sechs Monaten wiedergutzumachen. Doch als der neue Termin näherkam, war er nicht mehr erreichbar und änderte seine Nummer. Als ich daraufhin direkt mit der Klinik sprach, wurde alles abgestritten. Keine Verantwortung, keine Lösung – nur Ausreden. Diese Klinik denkt nur ans Geld, nicht an die Patienten. Es fehlt komplett an Ehrlichkeit und Professionalität. Ich rate dringend davon ab, sich dort behandeln zu lassen!

After the hair transplant, I was only contacted the next day for a hair wash, and after that, there was no further contact. There was no follow-up or medical care. The clinic seems to only be interested in the money and not in the well-being of its patients. I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic. I had a hair transplant at this clinic and strongly advise against it. The contract stipulated that 3,500 hair follicles would be transplanted in two phases. However, only approximately 1,200 follicles were removed and implanted in the first phase. When I complained and announced legal action, the clinic manager contacted me via a fake phone number. He promised to rectify the mistake by offering a free second transplant in six months. However, as the new appointment approached, he was no longer available and changed his number. When I subsequently spoke directly with the clinic, they denied everything. No responsibility, no solution – just excuses. This clinic only cares about money, not its patients. It completely lacks honesty and professionalism. I strongly advise against seeking treatment there!

Ich hatte vor kurzem eine Haartransplantation und kann die Praxis zu 100% empfehlen. Alles wird im Voraus ausführlich erklärt, so dass man ohne Fragen und Kopfschmerzen die Haare verpflanzen kann. Der Arzt & Assistent waren sehr nett und die Operation war schmerzfrei. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an den Chef Hakan.
