You know she listened , you know she is going to give you exactly what you want and you know you are going to walk out felling like a million bucks.

Joanna was absolutely heaven sent. I’ve been struggling with trichotillomania for almost 30 years. In addition to a beautiful salon space that’s warm and inviting, Joanna has beautiful smile and joyful spirit that instantly makes you feel at ease. I absolutely hated showing anyone my bare head with bald spots and embarrassing thinning. I was even more embarrassed to confess it caused by my own hand over many many years. But there is not a single ounce of judgment, blaming, condescension or shame here. When I think about how Joanna helped me, I get a bit overwhelmed. She did everything she could to find solutions for me—comprehensive scalp exam, scalp treatments and therapy, providing products to improve my scalp and hair health. I absolutely saw a difference in the quality of my hair: shinier, fuller, stronger. But she also offered advice, encouragement and recommendations on behavioral therapy and reducing stress. Shes so knowledgeable and ALWAYS ready and willing to help. Basically, I love her. She really is fabulous.

Johanna is the absolute best! She’s not just a hairstylist—she’s a licensed Cosmetologist and Certified Holistic Trichologist who truly knows her craft. I trust her completely with my hair, and she never disappoints. She does it all for me—color, styling, and scalp treatments—and every time, my hair looks and feels amazing. But what really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about hair health. Since I started going to her, I’ve noticed such a huge difference in my hair’s strength, shine, and overall health. She takes the time to explain what my hair needs and always recommends the best treatments. On top of all that, she goes out of her way to teach me how to style my hair at home.
