As a lady with a receding hair line i did an extreme amout of research into hair transplant clinics over the years and had many consultations . I found Farjo by far the most exceptional one that actually assessed me properly spent time discussing me requirements and the process in detail . Others were brief consultations didnt look at my hair line or follicles ask for any information like blood tests etc i think they are maybe more used to dealing with men. Anyway after deciding on Greg Williams at Farjo he was also recommended to me by an aesthitics GP i ahve been going to for 20 years so that sealed the deal. I had the procedure 4 days ago and it was exactly how it was explained to me ( i think i did sleep through most of it i was that comfortable ). I was very very well looked after everyeone was lovely and had no nerves going into it. The aftercare ha been thoroughly explained to me and is pretty straighforwrd . i cannot receommend this clinic enough

I had my hair restoration procedure today with Dr. Farjo, and I can confidently say the experience was outstanding in every way. Dr. Farjo’s expertise, precision, and calm professionalism were immediately reassuring. He took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout, you can truly see the depth of his experience and dedication. Equally impressive was his entire team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was attentive, organized, and incredibly supportive. The atmosphere was calm and focused, and the level of care provided was top-tier. It’s clear that Dr. Farjo leads a team that shares his high standards and patient-first mindset. I'm so disappointed with the communication I've received. I filled in a contact form on their website which included a question asking for the best time to call me. I then received an email asking for photos of my hair and my availability for a phone call. So I replied with the photos and my availability (pretty much the same as the initial contact form). I got a reply thanking me for the photos and once again asking for my availability. I was a bit frustrated by the lack of attention to detail, but didn't worry about it, and just advised that I was free the next day anytime after 11am, to which I received a reply confirming that they would call me the next day after 11am. The next day I hadn't received a call by 5.30pm so I emailed again to let them know, to which I got a reply apologising and saying the patient manager had been in an urgent meeting and hadn't been available but that the other patient manager was working from home and would call me. I never received a call from the other patient manager. That was on Friday and I haven't received any communication today (Monday) either. This was incredibly disappointing on a number of accounts. 1. There's quite a stigma around hair transplants so building up the courage to message a company about it, only to be ignored, is very disheartening. 2. Being asked for availability multiple times shows a lack of organisation and communication which concerns me for what any post-treatment support would be like. 3. Being told that someone was in an "urgent meeting" after giving an availability window of 7 hours just feels like being fobbed off. There's no way there was an urgent meeting for 7 hours, and I also deal with urgent meetings in my work, but I always make sure to get cover for calls, or at least message to say that I need to reschedule. 4. To raise the concern about having received no call, and then to not receive a 2nd call from another patient manager, who would supposedly be aware of the situation, is just rude. And for the senior administrator who replied to me, to not have checked today that either patient manager contacted me is just another failing. Judging by their photos, the physicians /surgeons seem very qualified, but from what I have experienced so far, support from the administration team is not to same standard

Dear Mr Gregson, thank you for taking the time for your detailed review about our administration team. We confirm that we have never met you, consulted with you or provided you with any advice or treatment. We are sorry that you are disappointed with your dealings with our administrative team so far, and apologise for asking you more than once about your phone availability. Admittedly, we have engaged a new CRM system recently and it may have thrown a spanner or two in the works. We are doctor-owned and run and tend to focus on excelling clinically. Sometimes we might fall a little short administratively when it comes to first time enquiries as we do not employ a call centre to 'chase' enquiries and we do not have a sales team as such. Once we have provided a patient with a service though, you can be very assured that our clinical team is very thorough and have robust systems in place. We have a patient manager and on that day you refer to she was not available, and the business manager who would have called you on her behalf was himself engaged in a meeting. Our records show that when we asked you to send photos, we waited 2 weeks for your response. By that time we believe it was Thursday afternoon leaving us with a narrow window to follow up with you before the clinic was closed for the weekend. Unfortunately, you decided to write the above review over that weekend rather than wait til the Monday for us to contact you. Despite this, we did call you back after the weekend to try and explain and offer you a consultation appointment but you told us you were shopping around and would rather see other clinics first. We wish you the very best. Again we appreciate your disappointment, but considering the nature of your complaint and your reluctance to let us rectify the situation, we feel its a little harsh to give the lowest score possible.

I received fantastic care and attention to every detail throughout the whole process. This is my second time with The Farjo Team and they were as professional as ever. Every single detail is discussed at length, everything’s covered and you are given all of the relevant information required to make an informed decision on how to progress on your hair restoration journey. After booking, and on the morning of my procedure, I made a last minute decision to increase the number of grafts that I wanted implanted and Dr Farjo agreed to do this; the additional count was 450 and he only charged me for 400 at the reduced rate as I was over 1,000 in total, saving me £150 as a gesture of goodwill. Very fair and generous of him, and all of the assistants were fabulous throughout the entire procedure - I highly recommend you go to Farjo for a consultation at the very least and I am sure you will feel assured enough to book your procedure with them; you won’t be met with pushy salespeople or pressured into anything - you will get good, solid advice from professionals who have been dominating this industry in the UK for a long time.

I have just had a fantastic two day 3150 fue graft and PRP experiance, surrounded by lovely proffesional and kind people who looked after me and made sure I was safe and comfortable in their immaculate clinic. It was so easy I wish I had done it years ago. After 2 years researching what I needed and understanding what my realistical expections should be I decided to meet Dr Farjo first who gave me great confidence and reassurance in the proceedure. It has only been one week since the proceedure but the advice and aftercare has been great and they are always there if I need them. I didn't feel pain at any stage during or since. I even fell asleep several times in between watching films and chatting with the surgeons and nurses. I am looking forwards to seeing the results over the next year and at my check up. Thank you to everyone who looked after me so well and made it so easy.

had surgery done recently, and will wait for the result however, I have all praise for the procedure itself, not just a Dr. Fargo but his entire team, who are superstars in what they do. you just get the feel that you are with on of the best. and my main concern for not having the surgery was the fear of pain. but i didn't feel at all that fact i felt like it was best two days relax in the surgery room.

As a woman, female pattern hair loss is very upsetting and affected my self esteem. The bald area was partially hidden by a ‘comb over’ but I could see my shinny head when light shone through it. My hairdresser told me about Dr Farjo and nine months ago I had a consultation when he told me what he could do and explained that he would take hair from where the growth was thickest at the back of my head and put it on the bald area. Yesterday was DDay,. I was at the clinic in Manchester from 7.30 for pre op procedures including sedation and medical checks. 1800 plugs of hair (approximately 5000 hairs) were removed from the back of my head first then implanted at the front. It took nearly 12 hours with comfort breaks, snacks and a short lunch break and a full explanation of what to do when I got home and how to wash my hair daily from the next day. Down time is a week for anything strenuous like the gym and thankfully only a week until I can go to the hairdressers. The Dr Farjo and the team were lovely, chatty and caring and did all they could to make me comfortable using pillows during the day when I had to keep still in various positions. I was told to sleep a little higher than normal and given a protective cover in case of soiling. Also sent home with medication. I had a good nights sleep and am looking forward to carefully washing my hair later today. This is an investment in me and I am looking forward to my new look in the months to come.
