If you love yourself, your time and money. Stay away from this place. Seriously, no idea how and why they are open. Terrible in every way. This Farrell guy might not even exist. It’s all so terrible you can’t believe it’s in Los Angeles.

Unless you live in L.A. and go get your hair attached and managed by them - I wouldn’t do it . I spent 5 grand plus for less than a year of quality hair . Hair maybe lasts two months at a time and turns into a pain . Less than a year after having hair systems with Farrell , I got my hair back from Los Angeles and most of it fell out within a week with some brushing . I had no other choice but to take the hair off and shave my head .

TERRIBLE PRODUCT - LIES LIES LIES Please note that there is a hidden NO REFUND policy. So if things go wrong, THEY have all the security and you NONE WHATSOEVER! Everything is a lie from the application to the quality of it. Farrell said it take 30 sec to put it on and another 30 sec to remove it. Quick and easy to use and lasts 5-7 years. It's actually and VERY long and PAINFUL procedure and the hair lasted me 2 WEEKS. About 50% OF THE HAIR FELL OFF without doing any styling, nothing. On top of that the smell of the alcohol that is put on your head is quite strong and stays even after washing. It stinks. The visits are awkwardly in his hotel room including the installation of the system where the lights are not salon bright or bright at all. So you cannot see the details of the work properly. Richard Farrell sends one of his assistance for the application (so no treatment from the man himself). Her name is Nancy and it felt like it was her first hair cut.
