Went to visit Dr. Straface for the first time about HRT (3 months ago) and I was impressed she spent so much time answering my questions and listening to my symptoms. She didn't act like she was in a rush at all... like so many doctors. She went out of her way to understand, not just assume. A different online doctor prescribed me estradiol and progesterone... assuming that's what I needed, but she said I didn't need it according to my symptoms and lab work (I was misdiagnosed 🤨) Thank God for Dr. Straface for not just prescribing something for no reason!! After being on her treatment plan for 3 months I am feeling so much better, I'm feeling amazing and am going back again!

Today was my first hormone insert with Dr. Angela and Summer her nurse. I have been receiving hormone pellets for 13 years now. I have used 3 other offices over the years and have never been as happy as I am now. I met Dr. Angela at an event and was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism!! SO.. I moved my hormone care over to her office. Her office is so professional in sending you for blood work, as well as going over your results and ensuring you get the correct dosage of pellets. She is even so knowledgeable on supplements, which I take daily. I am so happy to have met her and relieved to be trusting her with my care. If you are looking for the "RIGHT Doctor" for your hormones I Highly Recommend her office. They are Amazing!! As a former Southlake Med Spa owner, I was scared to trust ANYONE to touch me with anything. I am also a cosmetic injector and it is now time for me to find a med spa that I trust to keep me looking young and age gracefully with todays technology and aesthetic products no one ever needs to look thier age. I am a firm believer in experience and treating people how you want to be treated and not like they are a patient. I went to Feel Ideal 360 on a somewhat of an emergency basis. I had labs drawn and my numbers were in the garbage. I am new to menopause and wanted to do testosterone pellets but was scared of side effects. I finally got an appt with my PCP but it wasn't going to be soon enough. I was having hot flashes and night sweats and couldn't get comfortable at night. I called Feel Ideal 360 and was welcomed by the sweetest person on the phone Abigail. I can honestly say that she was the reason I scheduled. She helped me with questions and assured me that I was in the right place and Dr.S was going to help me feel better. She got me in the next day for a consult and treatment( if recommended by Dr.). I was still skeptical the day of my appt and was anticipating something going wrong since everything had been so smooth. Much to my surprise, Dr. Straface came in and explained to me that she was confident that she could help with my symptoms. She talked to me like I was a person and not a patient. She was even nice enough to include my husband into the conversation and give him some tips too( he just had pellets placed too). After discussing my options I decided to do testosterone pellets that day in her office. Her nurse Summer was so gentle with me knowing how nervous I was. The procedure lasted about 10 minutes and I can say that I didn't even feel a thing. She was amazing. I went home feeling like I just had the best care and like a Dr. had finally listened to me and treated me based on their professional assessment and took my symptoms into account. It has been a week and I can say I am feeling so much better and after another week I know that I will even be feeling better than today. What sealed the deal for me was the post op phone call and personal hand written note I received from Dr. Straface. This is something I have ALWAYS done with my patients because I know what it means and I have always treated my patients how I want to be treated. Med spas are a dime a dozen and in the city of Southlake, they are on every corner. I feel so blessed to have found this gem amongst the plethora of med spas. I can honestly say that I am going to be a patient for life at Feel Ideal 360! Thank you for making me and my husband feel so important, listening to our concerns, and taking the best care of me. My husband will get his next pellets there, we have referred another friend and can't wait to see you all again! #BestMedSpa
