Meine Erfahrung ist auch schlecht. Ich habe mich bereits von 8 Kliniken beraten lassen, die First Hair gehörte auch dazu. Vom ersten Moment an war alles ein wenig unseriös: nach einer problemfreien Terminfindung landet man in einer Schönheitspraxis mit eher lustlosen Rezeptionistinnen, die einem erstmal ein komisches Gefühl vermitteln. Nach kurzer Wartezeit dann das Gespräch mit dem Haarberater: übliche Infos erhalten die jeder kennt, wenn er sich mit dem Thema beschäftigt, war nach 5 Minuten erledigt und ich sollte meine Fragen stellen. Nach kleinerem hin und her wurde mir gesagt, das Elithair ja so viel Erfahrung hätte und die Operation dann in einen der Räumlichkeiten hier vor Ort stattfindet. Ich fragte, was Elithair damit zu tun hat, weil ich doch bei Firsthair bin? Es wurde dann rum gedruckst und irgendwas erzählt, dass die Unternehmen zusammen gehören. War mir weder bewusst noch irgendwo ersichtlich. In Summe eins der schlechtesten Gespräche, was ich bei einer Klinik hatte. Man konnte noch nicht mal den OP sehen oder zumindest Angestellte bzw. Das Team, die den Eingriff voraussichtlich vornehmen werden. Auch sonst war das Gespräch nicht verkaufsfördernd und ich hatte auch nie das Gefühl, dass man Profi ist. Wie gesagt war das in einer Schönheitsklinik für alles mögliche. Im netzt präsentiert sich das Unternehmen deutlich anders als in Realität. Dafür bin ich 2 Stunden angereist… Am Ende wurde mir dann eine Rechnung präsentiert und ich durfte 50€ zahlen. Wofür weiß ich bis heute nicht - scheinbar für eine ausgiebige Beratung. Das war mir im Vorfeld nicht bewusst, und dies war auch der einzige Anbieter, der das macht - obwohl ich zu ihm gekommen bin. Letztlich hat sie mir geholfen: genau hinzuschauen und einen anderen Anbieter zu wählen.

From the very first moment, everything seemed a bit dubious: after a hassle-free appointment, you end up in a beauty practice with rather lackadaisical receptionists who initially give you a strange feeling. After a short wait, I had the conversation with the hair consultant: I received the usual information that everyone knows when they're familiar with the topic. It was over in five minutes, and I was allowed to ask my questions. After a bit of back and forth, I was told that Elithair had so much experience and that the surgery would take place in one of their facilities here. I asked what Elithair had to do with it, since I was with Firsthair? They then evaded the idea and said something about the companies belonging together. I wasn't aware of this, nor was it evident anywhere. All in all, one of the worst conversations I've had at a clinic. You couldn't even see the operating room, or at least the employees or team who would likely perform the procedure. The conversation wasn't sales-oriented, and I never felt like I was a professional. As I said, it was a beauty clinic for all sorts of things. The company presents itself very differently online than it does in reality. I traveled two hours for this... At the end, I was presented with an invoice and had to pay €50. I still don't know what it was for—apparently for an extensive consultation. I wasn't aware of this beforehand, and this was the only provider that did this—even though I went to them. Ultimately, it helped me take a closer look and choose a different provider.

Meine Erfahrung in der Firsthair Klinik war ausgezeichnet. Ich habe mich jederzeit wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt. Die Behandlung verlief perfekt und ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden.

Ich sollte am 7.3. eine Transplantation bekommen, die aufgrund von fehlenden Spenderhaaren nicht zustande kam. Vorher gab es kein Gespräch, wo dieses geklärt werden könnte, sondern ich musste Bilder schicken, die mit „ja funktioniert super“ beantwortet wurden. Erst einen Tag vor der OP habe ich die Adresse erfahren und dass ich keinerlei Verpflegung benötige. Die FHC teilt sich ihre Räumlichkeiten mit einer Praxis für Physiotherapie… Am Morgen sollte ich die OP Kleidung anziehen, mir wurde ein Zugang gelegt, erst dann sind die Operateure erschienen, die mich beraten haben. Mir wurde gesagt, dass meine Spenderhaare nicht ausreichen und ich mit dem Ergebnis unzufrieden sein werde. Das ist professionell und damit kann ich leben. Ich kritisiere hier, dass kein Gespräch ich Vorgeld stattgefunden hat, wodurch ich mir den geplanten Urlaub, Stress, Angst und den Zugang im Arm gespart hätte. Auch die bereits angezahlten 800€ möchte ich zurück (zumindest einen Teil), leider erreicht man niemanden, wodurch ich nun einen Anwalt einschalte und diese Rezession und Erfahrung wo immer möglich teile :)

It wasn't until the day before the operation that I found out the address and that I didn't need any food. The FHC shares its premises with a physiotherapy practice… In the morning I was supposed to put on surgical clothing, an access was made for me, and only then did the surgeons appear to advise me. I was told that my donor hair was not enough and I would be unhappy with the results. That's professional and I can live with that. I criticize here that no conversation took place in advance, which would have saved me the planned vacation, stress, anxiety and access in the arm. I also want the €800 I've already paid back (at least part of it), unfortunately I can't reach anyone, so I'm now hiring a lawyer and sharing this recession and experience wherever possible :)

Ich habe meine Haartransplantation hier machen lassen und bin rundherum perfekt betreut worden. Alle in der Praxis sind sehr freundlich und professionell, die Betreuung ist sehr gut. Das Endergebnis nach 14 Monaten ist auch sehr gut geworden. Vollumfänglich weiterzuempfehlen.
