From my very first consultation I was impressed with FUE Clinics - my initial consultation with Jeremy answered any and all questions I had about the procedure, and filled me with confidence on my decision to go forward - and he kept me fully informed up until the day of my appointment. On the day of my appointment I felt completely at ease, any last minute questions I had were answered and any nerves I had were gone. I chatted with nurses and surgeons throughout the procedure, and almost found it quite relaxing! The surgery is a family business, and their customer service skills shine through alongside their professionalism. The service throughout the day was absolutely fantastic - they provided my wife and I with a fantastic meal for lunch, and snacks throughout the day. Not only this, but we turned up that morning in our car and found a flat tyre, which our consultant Jeremy even changed for us during my appointment! FUE Clinics provided us with service we would be very lucky to find anywhere else. Once the procedure was over, the clinic provided me with everything I needed in terms of aftercare, and Jeremy has kept in contact since, to answer any questions I had and to look at photos to ensure everything is healing and progressing correctly. A massive thank you to my consultant Jeremy; nurses Lydia, Lyndsay, Louise and Julie; and Dr. Stangoni for making this experience so fantastic! I would absolutely recommend FUE Clinics to anyone considering undergoing this procedure, it has been a fantastic experience and worth every penny.

5 star service all the way through the process. Jeremy's consultancy before the procedure was very helpful and friendly. On the day of the procedure I was very well looked after, every step was clearly explained before it was taken, and my hair surgeon was very professional. Jeremy's after procedure care has been very much appreciated, for the first few weeks we had daily contact then monthly thereafter unless I had questions to ask which when they cropped up Jeremy's response was within the hour. I have just passed 18 months since the procedure and Jeremy's continued attention to me as well as his speed of reply to my monthly photos and queries cannot be faulted. Excellent.

Having contemplated a transplant for a number of years I happened upon FUE clinics whilst doing some research online. After reading the positive reviews I reached out for a consultation to which I was contacted by FUE’s consultant Jeremy. He put my mind at ease with his knowledge and experience in his field. After the consultation I was sure that this was the right procedure and clinic for me so Jeremy booked me in for my procedure August 2022. The time between booking and procedure I was provided with a detailed do’s/dont’s, advice and guidance, noting Jeremy was always at the end of a phone alleviating and concerns or answering questions. The day of the procedure I arrived at the clinic to meet Jeremy, Dr Steve Stangoni and the medical team who were all absolutely amazingly welcoming and friendly, taken great to ensure I was comfortable. The procedure itself began at approximately 10am and was completed by 4pm, relatively pain free with the exception of the injection of anaesthetic which was slightly uncomfortable but a worthwhile pain for the end result. During the entire process of the procedure I was incredibly well looked after with free reign of TV with an abundance of streaming services to watch at my leisure whilst Dr Steve Stangoni and his lovely medical team carried the Follicle extraction. After the donor area was extracted we braked for lunch to which a meal was provided in a separate room for privacy at no expense, in addition to snacks being offered through out the day. Post procedure there was a significant amount of swelling to the face but this was explained to me prior and was minor inconvenience for a few days. Any scabbing and the majority of the redness of the scalp had gone after 14 days of the procedure with transplanted area looking normal after approximately a month. Results began to be seen after 12 weeks with new follicles sprouting. Full results seen after 12 months were fantastic to which I was thrilled about, totally changing the aesthetic of my hairline and changing appearance of my age if I say so myself. Since this procedure I have been back to FUE clinics to alter the shape of the hairline slightly and increase density. The 2nd procedure I was provided with the high level of care that I was with 1st, once again carried out by the brilliant Dr Steve Stangoni in November 23. Observing even better results and happier than ever. It’s worth noting that there was no extra cost to carry out the 2nd procedure to alter the hairline, however there was a small fee to increase density which was great value and more than reasonable. I’d 100% recommend FUE clinics and can’t thank Jeremy, Dr Stangoni and all the wonderful medical team enough!

Everyone involved were super kind, reassuring and really good at what they do. From the moment you walk in up to when you leave you can tell they put care and thought into everything for you. The procedure was nowhere near as scary as I thought (quite relaxing actually). Any questions or concerns, you can just ask and they will put your mind at ease. They make a nice dinner for you and make sure your well fed with snacks and drinks through the day. No complaints at all from me, super happy with my new hairline and I can't wait to see the results when it grows through. Amazing clinic and I am glad I decided on this over going abroad!
