I recently had a hair transplant here and I am extremely satisfied. I would like to thank Burak for his kind and attentive approach during our initial communication. A special thanks to Dr. Tuğçe, who performed my hair transplant, and to Dr. Doğan Turan for his supervision. Of course, I am also very grateful to the rest of the team. From the very beginning, they provided me with excellent information, and everything progressed exactly as they had explained and planned. I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort at any stage of the transplantation process. They also gave me a detailed overview of the post-operative period, and we have remained in contact, which makes me feel even more safe. I sincerely appreciate their attentive approach, communication, professionalism, and the ongoing post-operative support and contact. For all these reasons, I highly recommend FUECAPILAR. Visited and had my surgery at Dr Gur office. after I got the injections and he extracted 200 grafts he said he cannot do the transplant because my hair is curly and it's like c shape from to root. Lost the deposit which they refused to return and paid all the flights and hotel from Israel to Turkey. Ahmat was amazing and really helped every step of the way at this was the only good part... Dr Gur is defiantly overrated . at least he didn't totally butcher my donor area.. Following the response of fuecapilar here is my response. The Dr did not try to punch with 1.0mm and my curly hair can be extracted with FUE. Even afro hair can be extracted with FUE. it's sad to say but the doctor does not have the experience and skills with curly hair. ***NEW UPDATE***: I went through an hair transplant with top doctor. almost ZERO transection rate. My advice to everyone go to a good doctor and pay a little bit more, it would be worth it.
Dear Elad, Thank you for your review. We understand how upset and disappointed you must be feeling about how your procedure went. We empathize with you and we feel as much disappointed as you are. However, we also want to reassure you that Dr. Gür had your best interest in mind while taking the decision to stop the operation shortly after starting it. You had selected Dr. Gür to perform the extraction of follicular units. With his 20 years of experience in performing FUE surgeries, after personally extracting 500 follicular units from your donor area using 0.8mm, 0.9mm and 1.00mm punches, we found out that only 293 of them were intact; which means a 40% transection rate - a very high and unacceptable rate in our standards. As it was explained to you on the day of your procedure both by Dr. Gökhan Gür and your medical consultant Ahmet, we cannot see the shape of hair roots under the skin until we start the extraction process. In your case, the root of your grafts was 7mm long and C-shaped. These were the reasons for the transection rate to be this high. If we were to continue with the procedure, you would have ended up with a damaged donor area and a very poor result which might have scarred you for the rest of your life. Considering the information in hand (length and shape of the grafts), in order for you to have a satisfactory result, you were recommended a FUT surgery instead of FUE. Dr. Gür even prepared a medical letter and referred you to a FUT surgeon, and he personally contacted the same surgeon to give background information on your case. From medical and ethical perspectives, we did everything we could, and you seemed to have understood clearly and chose not to go ahead with the implantation of the 293 grafts. As for the deposit payment, it is a standard procedure to book appointments from our doctors. Our doctors only attend to maximum 2 patients a day, with the deposit payment, the patient is allocated a guaranteed slot on a desired date. If the surgery cancels for any reason, then the deposit payment is kept as cancellation fee to cover the cost of the clinic for that day. Flight ticket is not part of the package as we are not a travel agency, and hotel stay is paid separately as well. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need any further clarification. Please note that any hair can be extracted even afro hair but the issue is not the extraction, the quality and state of the grafts after the extraction.

I did my research. Dr Turan is as good as it gets for a well priced clinic with a skilled Dr doing the implants. Done in small Hospital and he has his own floor similar to specialty surgeons in the US. I ha e been told there are two options now one with him being less involved. I would go back in a heart beat.

My first interaction was with Baki. He is basically by your side throughout the entire procedure. There are so many good things to say about this young man. He answers all your questions, makes you feel reassured, and is very kind/honest. I honestly enjoyed my time chatting with him. Dr. Gur was also great as he is very patient, kind, and welcoming. The technicians were also very kind and helpful. I was in very good hands. The staff would smile, laugh, joke, etc. and made the whole experience a very pleasant one. I did not feel like a foreigner or a stranger at all with them. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you Baki and thank you Dr. Gur and thank you to all the nurses/technicians!

I just left the clinic after my second day of surgery. I am very happy that Dr. Turan was able to fill my balding crown, plus thicken my mid section and create a new hairline. I really liked how Dr. Turan does the operation in stages so the grafts aren't out of the scalp for very long. I was told before arrival that this would most likely not be achievable. They were just trying to be honest with me. But they did end up covering the areas that I wanted, so I couldn't be happier.

Awful DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC! Hairmil clinic, they do NOT care, they will look at your case and do the transplant only if it’s worth it, BUT THEY DO A BAD JOB! DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!
