I got my first chemical peel with Shelby a couple weeks ago and she is AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk to the estheticians here are all so genuinely kind and welcoming. Shelby is so incredibly knowledgeable, took her time explaining everything to me, and was so sweet. They even checked in the next day to see how everything was going and answered all of my questions. Not to mention, I just got a handwritten letter in the mail from them which is the nicest thing I’ve ever received from a medspa! My skin is already looking so much better and I can’t wait for the rest of my peel series! 🤍

She has such a warm and welcoming presence, always taking the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had during my treatment. She also made sure to let me know about any potential discomfort or unique sensations beforehand, which helped me feel at ease. I’m giving a 5 star because Jasmine has been absolutely amazing during my treatment sessions. I purchased 8 Emsculpt Neo sessions and even though I was during my consultation ( I don’t recall who I spoke with) that I was s great candidate for it, I didn’t see any results. I started with the sessions on my arms but had to stop due to major cramping and numbness after the sessions. I tried to cancel it but couldn’t even after providing a doctor’s note. So I switched the sessions to inner thighs and didn’t see any difference at all. The staff is kind and friendly. Jasmine is very knowledgeable and makes you feel right at home.
