Recently had my procedure done at Grow Club. Can't speak highly enough of the treatement from beginning to now. Had an initial consultation with Paul at a point when I was on the fence. He talked me through the process and I booked myself in a few days later. The team are absolutely fantastic, from front desk, to the surgeon, to the team of technicians. I was actually quite shocked at the efficiency and professionalism of it all. Didn't feel a thing on the day, comfortable throughout - was actually quite relaxing having it done while watching tv. They also only do 1 patient per day - which is really nice. Post-op, the team checked in on me regularly and even helped assure me with any questions I had. I'm only a few weeks out, so expecting to go through the shedding phase before I see real results , but the new hairline they gave me is absolutely perfect from what I can see. If you're on the fence, speak to Grow Club. I'm not really sure why anyone would go to Turkey when these guys are just up the road and provide fantastic aftercare. Can't recommend enough

I can’t compliment the whole team at Growclub enough! I was delighted to see it was possible to have the procedure done in Ireland as I was reluctant to travel abroad like so many do. Another reason was affordability compared to the other clinics here, it was no brainer! From initial consultations with Paul and Dr Williams to the actual procedure day, it was a seamless process. The team were beyond welcoming and supportive and I felt so comfortable from start to finish. Massive thank you to Ciara, Bruna, Amelia and Jade for looking after me so well throughout the day. Like so many of us, our hair plays a major role in every day confidence and I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. It’s life changing! So so glad my hair journey is with Growclub. In January I competed my hair transplant procedure. I have to say the whole process from the online consultation, to the face to face consultation, and then the actual procedure itself was very smooth overall. The morning of the procedure, I was naturally a little nervous. However, my nerves were eased as soon as I got in the door and spoke to the clinical team. After receiving a few small pinches from the needles for the anaesthetics, the rest of the day was really pain free. I was very relaxed once the procedure started. After removing the hairs from the doner area, I had a quick lunch (which was provided) and returned to finish the procedure. It is now 4 weeks since my procedure and I have to say I am very happy with the recovery period. The aftercare team have been very helpful, ensuring you know exactly what to do the days/weeks after the procedure. There was little to no swelling, and no bruising. The most difficult part of the process was sleeping with a neck pillow for 2 weeks (advised by surgeon) to ensure the recipient area is not damaged. Overall, for anyone considering a hair transplant in the future, I would highly recommend linking in with GrowHair Club and enquire about it. I have no regrets getting the procedure done and I am very positive looking ahead for the future.

i had a transplant in march this year 10 months ago the girls were all very professional ciara and angela made me feel so comfortable and were amazing. i had been very conscious about my hair loss for a couple of years and did some research and found grow club but what i wasnt made aware of until the morning of the procedure was that my crown area on top of my head BEING ONE OF MAIN reasons why i wanted a transplant would not be getting touched and the new implanted hairs would be implanted into my forehead where i had drive ins and baldness and i was told in order for the hair on the crown to grow back i would have to take a tablet every day called finasteride and basically if i stop taking it the hair stops growing. i found this very misleading and the fact i was only made aware the morning of the operation i wasnt very satisfied. iv also stopped taking finasteride as there was severe side effects of erectile dysfunction and i was trying for a child and asked my doctor and he said if trying for children do not take as it may have an effect on any newborn child so i was so annoyed i was never told this considering i paid €4500 up front and i see all the great reviews on the growclub website but anyone considering getting it done needs to hear of things like my experience and be made aware of having to take a tablet every day for the rest of your life and the possible impact it may have if trying for children so for that reason alone i can safely say i wouldnt recommend them. Also they tell you a years after care is included which is absolutely ridiculous and misleading as i got a call off one of the girl a day after my procedure to see how i was and another call 1 week later then after that i had no contact from them unless i sent an email concerned about something so the aftercare isnt for a year and if it is i only had 2 calls maybe 3 max so its a disgrace

Our aim is that every patient that comes to see leaves us feeling they have received not only the best service possible but that they have received truly honest advice which puts the patients interests at the heart of every decision.I wanted to personally examine your file and address each of your points specifically.We are glad that you found the team very professional and welcoming but it seems as though the first issue that you came across is that you were not told until the date of your procedure in March 2024 that you would have to take the medication Finasteride. Looking back through your file, your initial contact with Growclub was in Dec 2023, having filled out our assessment form. One of the questions that we ask patient is what their aims of treatment; and the goal you stated in your review seems to differ from the goals that you set in this initial form which primarily was to rebuild the front hairline and “grow more” on the top of your crown. With this in mind we reviewed your file and photographs and recommended medication to help the growth of your crown and FUE to the hair line and temples which was unlikely to improve alone on the medication. This recommendation was communicated in a 23 minute call to you in Jan. Having listened to this call, Paul spoke to you about the causes of hair loss DHT (1:29) and the medication Finasteride (2:09) to treat the crown area due to the fact the area still had hair within this region. Paul also followed up this conversation on 27th Jan with an email containing information about Finasteride which also included the following statement “The balding process usually resumes within six to 12 months if treatment is stopped.” This is in contrast to your statement that you were not aware that you would have to take the medication long term and you were not told this until the day of your procedure as this information was given to you approximately 2 months prior to your surgery date; but apologies if you missed this information. Paul had offered you an appointment to discuss the plan with the doctor during your call (13:13) but you declined stating that you were more than happy to just go ahead and you didn’t feel there was any great need for you to come in and speak with the doctor.The second issue that you seem to have encountered was that the plan was not to treat your crown surgically but medically and you were not made aware of this until the morning of your procedure. Again, reviewing the above call Paul spoke to you about the plan of treating your crown with medication and the reasons for not treating it surgically due to the risks of damage. He also mentioned during the call that we do not take risks with patients and this was the reason for not performing surgery in the crown so as not to damage any of your existing hair to which your response, as I am sure you recall, was “Brilliant!”. It seems however after having had your procedure, your opinion on this low risk approach had changed and you emailed saying that you heard other clinics would have treated the crown area. Whilst this is of course true, there are clinics that are willing to trade ethics for profit, we are not one of those clinics and will always prioritise the best care for patients over any financial gain and despite the pressures placed on us by clients googling or speaking to friends, we will never deter from this approach.Again we are sorry that you felt the information provided to you was not clear but in addressing your points above I hope that you can see that we communicated the risks and benefits of the available treatments to you on a number of occasions and our intention has always been to give you the best treatment possible, as is the case with every client who comes to visit us. Would give more stars if possible. From your initial meeting with Paul, you are put at ease. Every interaction with the team, you feel like you are talking to normal people and not a business. The guys take care of absolutely everything from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Eibi is exceptional and his team of Bruna, Mariana and Ciara are so good at what they do and such lovely people. I am really excited to see the results. I couldn’t recommend enough!
