Hair by Robotics is an outstanding hair transplant company. The staff is very knowledgeable & easy to work with. I was kept comfortable & relaxed during the procedure and was extremely happy with my results! If you’re thinking of a hair transplant definitely check them out!

Do NOT use hair by robotics. I had the procedure done back in January of 2021 and during the procedure I asked a basic question about how I would look after and the girl doing the procedure laughed in my face when talking about it. Not in a rude way, she was actually great and I appreciate the work she did, but in a way that was more "I can't believe Patrick did it again." I showed her the pictures he had sent me for what he was "hopeful" I could achieve and she said there is absolutely zero percent chance my hair would turn out with the pictures he sent. Dr. Craig also confirmed it after showing him the pictures. He was kind and apologized profusely. This is no review against Dr. Craig either, Dr. Craig was very nice and professional and I respect him. This is solely against Patrick Smith. He lied to my face about expected results. I understand nothing is guaranteed and results vary, but when the nurse and doctor performing laugh in my face and confirm had no chance of achieving what he laid out then its tough to not call him a liar and ultimately a thief for what I ended up spending. I have continued to have to have contact with them in regards to medication filling and this has also been a disaster. Patrick is unorganized and unprofessional. Every time I require new meds he has called in the wrong meds or not called them in at all. I'm currently at over a month waiting after asking 3 separate times. He is a joke and don't spend any money at Hair by Robotics. (Dr. Craig was great though so I hate to lump him in this review). I hate online reviews, but I feel compelled to warn people against the practices of Patrick Smith. Don not use him or Hair By Robotics.
