MUST READ: I visited Antoinette for the first time and there is so much to say, she was so uplifting. There were too many I loved to name them all but I will capture a few: Privacy- While my hair was in her care it was just us. She puts an emphasis on privacy. Time- because of her commitment to privacy she also committed her time. When she was doing my hair she was doing my hair and not 3 and 4 others at the same time. Customer Service: The word customer service is used so often but how many people actually provide GOOD customer service? Antoinette does! I was shocked when I walked in and saw that she had neatly displayed free snacks and beverages for her clients. This shows how thoughtful she is. If that were not enough because I was a first time new customer she gave me a welcome package!!!! NEVER HAVE I EVER been to any salon (from the fanciest of salons to the traveling stylist) and been given a welcome package. I have included a picture of all of the items that were in the welcome package. I was absolutely blown away! - 2 different brushes - 1 comb - 1 hair wrap - 1 hair bonnet - 1 clear bag to carry small items while traveling - 1small zip tote with an encouraging message saying: "She believed she could and so she did" - 1- Daily/Weekly planner notebook that last an entire year. AMAZING ANTOINETTE! A business woman that is truly about her business, caring for your hair. Thank you Antoinette for being excellent!

I recently got a sew-in done by my Antoinette and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. She explained each step, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident about the process. The quality of her work was outstanding. She was meticulous with the braid foundation, which was secure but a bit tight. The sew-in itself was seamless, with perfectly placed tracks that gave me a natural, full look. She also provided aftercare tips to help me maintain my sew-in, which showed her dedication to her clients. Also, I received a goodie bag with items like brushes, hair journal, wrap, hair bonnet, etc. Overall, it was an amazing experience with top-notch service and skill. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
