Ich habe letztes Jahr (2022) im März hier eine Haartransplantation machen lassen und bin in Anbetracht des Preises nicht wirklich zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Alles fing damit an, dass der Beratungstermin nicht von einem Arzt durchgeführt wird und die Abschätzung über die Anzahl der benötigten Grafts für ein gutes Ergebnis nicht wirklich faktisch angegangen wird. 1600 Grafts sollten demnach für meinen Haarausfall, der sich hauptsächlich durch Geheimratsecken und eine Stelle im mittleren Bereich des Kopfes auszeichnet, reichen. Es wurde aber dazu gesagt, dass, falls der Arzt während der OP merkt, dass die Grafts nicht ausreichen, ohne zusätzliche Mehrkosten auch mehr Grafts entnommen und gesetzt werden. Kostenpunkt 5000 €. Am OP-Termin selbst lief alles reibungslos, morgens wurden die Grafts entnommen. Dafür wurden die Haare kurz rasiert und es wurde eine örtliche Betäubung eingesetzt. Mittags gab es dann eine kurze Stärkung und danach wurden die Grafts platziert. Dazu hat der Arzt die Stellen auf dem Kopf markiert und es wurden die Löcher wieder bei örtlicher Betäubung gemacht. Anschließend wurden die entnommenen Grafts dann in die Löcher platziert. Das Klinikpersonal war wirklich spitze und es wurde sich gut gekümmert. Nach der OP gab es ein Care-Paket bestehend aus alles wichtigen Utensilien und Infos für einen erfolgreichen Heilungsverlauf. Die Heilung verlief auch problemlos und das Taubheitsgefühl war nach etwa einem Monat weg. Die Haare fielen dann wie vorher angekündigt wieder aus und wuchsen allmählich in den folgenden 6-9 Monaten wieder nach. Nach 9 Monaten war ich bereits etwas enttäuscht vom aktuellen Stand, aber der komplette Prozess sollte ja erst nach einem Jahr abgeschlossen sein. Nach dem einen Jahr war das Ergebnis ernüchternd, man wird immer noch auf den Haarausfall angesprochen und man sieht nach wie vor die Geheimratsecken. Beim Abschlusstermin war der behandelnde Arzt (Dr. Seyrafi) nicht vor Ort und ein anderer Arzt führte diesen durch und konnte meine Enttäuschung verstehen und wollte sich mit der Geschäftsleitung absprechen. Da ich aber noch recht jung bin und der Haarausfall durchaus noch weiter voranschreiten wird, habe ich mich gegen eine zweite Haartransplantation entschieden. Der Arzt nahm das mit und einen Tag später bekam ich ein Angebot für eine PRP-Behandlung mit 500 Euro Rabatt. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass die Behandlung vom Heilungsverlauf hier zu empfehlen ist, aber das Ergebnis aufgrund des hohen Preises nicht akzeptabel ist.

However, I was told that if the doctor noticed during the surgery that the grafts weren't sufficient, more grafts could be removed and implanted at no additional cost. The cost was €5,000. The surgery itself went smoothly. The grafts were removed in the morning. For this, my hair was shaved short, and local anesthetic was administered. At lunchtime, there was a short snack, and then the grafts were inserted. The doctor marked the spots on my head, and the holes were made again under local anesthetic. The extracted grafts were then placed into the holes. The clinic staff was truly excellent and I was well looked after. After the surgery, I received a care package containing all the necessary supplies and information for a successful healing process. The healing process was also seamless, and the numbness disappeared after about a month. The hair then fell out again as previously predicted and gradually grew back over the next 6-9 months. After 9 months, I was already a bit disappointed with the current status, but the entire process wasn't supposed to be completed for another year. After one year, the results were sobering: people still ask me about my hair loss, and I can still see my receding hairline. At the final appointment, the attending physician (Dr. Seyrafi) wasn't present, so another doctor performed it. He understood my disappointment and wanted to consult with management. However, since I'm still quite young and the hair loss will definitely continue to progress, I decided against a second hair transplant. The doctor took it with him, and one day later I received an offer for a PRP treatment with a €500 discount. In summary, the treatment is recommendable in terms of healing time, but the results are unacceptable due to the high price.
