Highly recommend! All explained very clearly and answered any questions or concerns. Surgery was effective and currently in the recovering phase.

June 2025 very happy with the experience - Dr Bashar is 10/10 for expertise and caring constantly about the client. Great support from the team, Robbie is always ready to answer any questions. This is the right place to go.

Although I've not had a hair transplant here myself, the damage this place has done to my partner and are still doing so, i believe gives me the right to leave a review on this joke of a company. As you'll see somewhere else in the comments, this place made a mess of my other half's hair transplant whilst having three attempts at it. Rolling forward to this year they called my partner to offer him a refund and that it would be paid by end of March 2025. We are now in June and still nothing , I truly believe this company don't understand how much they mess with clients mental health, we can't even book a consultation for my partner to get this fixed because they won't provide the refund, now they are just ignoring messages yet again . Embarrassment of a company, take this as a friendly warning and look elsewhere.

Worth remembering that Hair-transplant clinics are commercial operations, and my advice to anyone contemplating undergoing the procedure would be to conduct extensive due diligence before making your choice. Back in 2021, I opted to have my first transplant done in Istanbul by one of the highest rated clinics in the country. By all accounts the procedure was successful, however, the other thing you quickly learn about hair transplants is that sometimes the perception of what you believe can be achieved doesn't always match the reality of what the surgeon can deliver, the latter being mostly determined by the quality and quantity of donor hair to hand. My case was no exception, scroll forward to 2025 and I still had a few thin patches on top and started to research the possibility of having a top-up done here in the UK. A lot has changed since my 1st procedure in Turkey, not least the fact that UK prices have lowered substantially and the political situation in Turkey is less favourable than it was back in 2021! After extensive research, I shortlisted two UK clinics, where proximity aside, the main physician doubled as a medically qualified doctor (a BIG plus in my book) and feedback for the clinic was consistently addressed and predominantly positive. Hair Medics UK was one. Whilst both were more or less on a par price wise, following face-to-face and video consultations, Hair Medics were slightly more cautious with what could be achieved (clinic No.1 citing they could take between 800-1200 grafts vs HM's estimation of 600-800). Hair Medics were also able to offer both DHI and FUE procedures (which I'd advise everyone to research as there are pros and cons with each) and Robbie (clinic owner) was always happy to address my concerns patiently and comprehensively. With inherently fine hair and mindful of my experience in Turkey (i.e. a much-improved hair line, albeit with not quite the density promised), I opted to go with Hair Medics with the caveat that on the day, the actual surgeon (Dr Bashar) would confirm in person what was realistically achievable. On the day of my procedure Dr Bashar did precisely the above (and more), where after noting my concerns in respect of my donor arear and taking considerable time to examine both donor and recipient areas, his professional opinion was that harvesting more than 200-300 grafts might result in some noticeable thinning in the donor area, and that if I did decide to proceed, he projected that transplanting 200-300 grafts would afford a maximum 20-30% improvement in density. Add to this the fact that he also believed my original transplant had been carried out to a high standard (trust me when I say that it is rare in this game for one clinic to praise another) and I decided to postpone the procedure. I informed Robbie of my decision, and he readily agreed to refund my deposit without argument. So, why then am I recommending Hair Medics? Well, if you take into account my opening statement in respect of the commercial nature of transplant clinics, the advice I received from Dr Bashar, was anything but commercial with the emphasis firmly weighed towards my well-being and realistic outcomes (the reason why I'd always recommend seeing a medically qualified doctor, who by nature, tend to be patient oriented). Combine this with the attention to detail I received from Dr Bashar and his undoubted knowledge and expertise in hair-transplantation techniques, then I'd recommend that at the very least, Hair Medics be added to your shortlist. As for me, I was so impressed with the attitude and professionalism of the Hair Medics team, it is highly likely I'll go back in the Autumn and have the procedure done. A 20-30% improvement over a dismal UK winter and in time for the summer of 26, is still probably worthwhile! One thing for sure, 2nd time around I won't be looking elsewhere, as I have already found the clinic which I really do believe cares about providing honest, expert advice and 5-star customer care. Recommended!

I would highly recommend HairMedicsUK. I have been using some of their products for about 3 months now and there are encouraging signs. Their customer support is fantastic and very responsive. Looks like their hair transplant prices and expertise are exceptional and similar prices to treatments in Turkey! Why would you go elsewhere! Great company. Great products. Great treatments!

This review is for the web shop, not for their hair transplant services. They sell pretty nice products, however what I wanted was out of stock and the communication was pretty poor. I had to make several calls before they told me it was out of stock and refunded me. I think they should spend more effort on their web shop because it has a lot of promise.
Hey Varun, We really appreciate the feedback. We agree with you and are working on ways to improve the overall customer journey by using the website and of course access to communication. Sorry we couldnt help you this time, but hopefully you can give us another try in the future. Regards Hair medics uk

I can’t speak highly enough of Hair Medics Uk, especially Dr Fahad! As a female suffering with thinning hair I was very anxious and embarrassed about seeking treatment. Dr Fahad is very professional & knowledgeable and he put me at ease straight away. The results I have had using PRP have been astonishing! My photos show before and after just 3 sessions (package of 6 purchased)
