Hele slechte ervaring gehad, het begin ging goed de contactpersoon die we hadden mike, reageerde snel en beantwoordde al onze vragen. Eenmaal bij het hotel aangekomen kregen we helemaal geen duidelijkheid over hoe we de volgende dag behandeld zouden worden. Hier moesten we zelf achteraan gaan. Op de dag van de haarimplantatie moesten we heel lang wachten tot er een tolk kwam om ons te kunnen begeleiden bij de dokter. De contactpersoon was helemaal nergens te bekennen. Ook bij de wensen van hoe de haarimplantatie en hoe de haarlijn gezet zou moeten worden deden ze heel koppig en ongeduldig en gaven ze het gevoel dat ze daar niet in gespecialiseerd in zijn, en het telkens op hun eigen manier willen doen wat volgens hun het beste resultaat zou geven, terwijl hiervoor de contactpersoon heel anders communiceerde met ons en duidelijk aangaf dat alles mogelijk was. Na een operatie van 12 uur te hebben gehad en 12 u snachts pas klaar te zijn, en er werd gezegd dat we de volgende ochtend moesten komen voor de eerste wassing. Na aankomst van de kliniek moesten we bijna 1uur wachten na onze afgesproken tijd, en toen werd er opeens gezegd dat het toch te vroeg is om de haren te wassen en dat we dit zelf inde avond moeten gaan doen. Dit was niet erg geweest, maar dit konden ze ook al 1 dag van te voren weten. Zo kwamen ze niet eerlijk over. Met verband op mijn achterhoofd zijn we daar weggegaan, en hebben de kliniek verlaten met een naar gevoel en een teleurstellende 3 dagen meegemaakt. Deze kliniek was aangeraden door een vriend van mij die een veel betere ervaring heeft gehad, maar na deze ervaring raad ik deze kliniek zeker niet verder aan in mijn omgeving. Service was vreselijk en bijna niemand kan engels in de kliniek, alleen de contactpersoon die in mijn geval nergens te bekennen was. Nu is het 5 maande later, en de haarlijn is niet zoals gewenst, haren zijn wel aangegroeid, maar de contouren staan scheef en de haarlijn ziet er niet natuurlijk uit. Wat ik toen aangaf en als fotos liet zien gaven ze aan dat het allemaal mogelijk was, maar nu is het weer gebleken dat dit dus niet het geval is geweest. De contactpersoon voor de aftercare genaamd rania, is heel moeilijk te bereiken en reageert niet meer op je berichten wanneer je haar nodig hebt. Ik adviseer hier om niet naartoe te gaan als je zelf wensen hebt over je haarlijn, deze kliniek houd weinig rekening met je wensen, ik geloof dat er ook veel positieve reacties zijn, maar in mijn geval was het vreselijk.

Also with the wishes of how the hair implant and how the hairline should be set, they were very stubborn and impatient and gave the feeling that they are not specialized in that, and always wanted to do it in their own way, which according to them would give the best result, while before the contact person communicated with us very differently and clearly indicated that everything was possible. After having had an operation of 12 hours and not being ready until 12 o'clock at night, and they said that we had to come the next morning for the first wash. After arriving at the clinic we had to wait almost 1 hour after our agreed time, and then they suddenly said that it was too early to wash the hair and that we had to do this ourselves in the evening. This would not have been a problem, but they could have known this 1 day in advance. That way they did not come across as honest. With a bandage on the back of my head we left there, and left the clinic with a bad feeling and a disappointing 3 days. This clinic was recommended by a friend of mine who had a much better experience, but after this experience I certainly do not recommend this clinic in my area. Service was terrible and almost no one speaks English in the clinic, only the contact person who in my case was nowhere to be found. Now it is 5 months later, and the hairline is not as desired, hair has grown back, but the contours are crooked and the hairline does not look natural. What I indicated then and showed as photos, they indicated that it was all possible, but now it has turned out again that this was not the case. The contact person for the aftercare named rania, is very hard to reach and does not respond to your messages when you need her. I advise not to go there if you have wishes about your hairline, this clinic takes little account of your wishes, I believe there are also many positive reactions, but in my case it was terrible.

This was an amazing experience. Communication was great, the process was seamless thanks to Ümer. He walked me through the whole process from our first phone call, and was the first to greet me upon my arrival at the clinic. All the staff were professional and respectful. My only regret is that I did not get it done sooner
