Dr.Carlos Alessandrini is very sweet doctor and his team as well. They were very professional and took great care of me. I will be back for another review in a couple months after I see some progress. 6/26/2025 I'm back it's about to be 4 months now and my hair is going so well I am very pleased how it is turning out !

"Please do not consider this place for a hair transplant. I am experiencing what's known as 'cobblestoning,' where the area of the transplant feels bumpy and appears red. And once I called the clinic dr Alessandrini said that I should talk to a dermatologist , avoiding any responsibility .

Dr Allesandrini and his team are highly professional and kind.just had the procedure 2 days ago so hard to tell (yet) what the results will be ,however I have a close friend who had the procedure done,and I saw his results,highly impressive as he had extensive hair loss,now has a head full of hair.. I'll update as time passes...Dr Allesandrini answered all my questions and was always available,even post operation... Highly recommended...

Overall staff was nice but the hair transplant procedure itself was not a good experience for me. I did not receive my prp injection as advertise as well. I did not do a lot of research with Mexico but only with Turkey. The doctor ensured me he had experience with type of hair however after 1 year my hair was worst than I went in with, my hair did not grow at all. My donor was destroyed and I had scars in My recipent area. Clinic did not check up on me to see how the process was going. After 1 year I contacted the doctor about how the transplant actually made my hair worst he did not respond which lead me to believe it was all about the money and not good results. I contacted the doctor hoping for advice and guidance did nor receive any hence why I am writing this review. Long story short I ended going to Turkey and I see more growth in 2 months than I did in 1 year from younger international clinic. The cost was way lsss and the results are way better. My regret is not being patient and going to Turkey first. I would advise anyone to do proper research before chosing a clinic.

I believe i was a class 3 Norwood patient. I was impatient with medicine and natural remedies to regrow my hair. I researched locally and the price was outrageous, even with a Stimulus Sale. I learned about Surgery in TJ and was a bit skeptical but boy was I wrong. Dr Alessandrini and his team took great care of me. From the courteous cab ride from my hotel and back. Very professional and a clean facility. Im on 4 months after surgery and growth is coming out very well. I highly recommend.
