After much research I found HTS (Tony) high on a google search and once I checked the site, decided to get in contact. The reply was quick, helpful and not pushy in any way, a phone chat followed soon after, at the exact time we agreed and even a WhatsApp text beforehand to see if it was still convenient. After a good chat and some thinking I decided to go ahead and didn’t regret it once! I chose the chaperone option, which is BRILLIANT and I highly recommend, really helpful info followed from Tony via calls or texts and EVERYTHING was covered. Whether it’s checking you arrive okay, meeting to chat and answer questions, accompanying you to the consultation, advice on what options are best, seeing you after the procedure or making sure you get back to the airport in time, Tony is there to help. Working in conjunction with Clinicana (who are great too), Tony offers a very efficient and well organised service from start to finish and the aftercare is second to none :)

Had my hair transplant a little while ago and honestly, I was nervous at first but it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The clinic were brillaint , really looked after me and explained everything. Bit of a weird feeling right after, but healing up fine and I'm already noticing hairs starting to come through. Buzzing to see how it looks in a few more months.

Tony was very helpful through out the journey to get my hair transplant done. I was little nervous at the begining but Tony was very Informative about what to do and what to expect . 5 star service from Mr. Tony, he made the experience care free. He send me all the material, explaining how everything works in detail. I send few photos of area that was my concern. He was able to advise what we can do, what is priority and what was max grafts to be taken without damaging donor area. I just felt Tony is the right guy, any question, he was text or phone call away, no problem. I was well prepared with Tony help and for that reason all experience went well. From the collection at the airport, hotel staff, staff in the clinic.. cant fault any. I was on the plain home second day after operation without issue, without pain. Happy with all experience but you need that one person to guide you through and you will be lucky if that will be Tony.

From start to finish the service from Tony was first class! He manages to make what could be a very nerve wracking experience easy and stress free. I’d highly recommend the chaperone service as having Tony’s experience and support is just priceless. I didn’t want to have to overthink the process or do massive amounts of research so by going with Tony you have access to an expert will guide you through the entire process. I had been looking into and researching transplants for about 5 years. I was conflicted between wanting to use a healthcare provider in the UK so I could easily access aftercare etc but this was far too expensive, and the risks of going to an unfamiliar country with language barrier etc, saving a small fortune but not properly understanding if you where getting the same service and aftercare. I came across HTS and started to have some communication with Tony. This seemed to offer the best of both worlds, all the peace of mind and aftercare you would expect in the UK with the value for money procedure in Istanbul. HTS and the clinic in Istanbul have completely exceeded my expectations and I’m thrilled with the results to date and the service and support I had managing my anxieties. I couldn’t recommend JTS chaperoned service enough.

I am just back from the istanbul trip organised by Tony and Hair Transplant Solutions and could not be more delighted with the whole experience and results. Tony takes care of everything and is totally passionate about getting the best results throughout the process. I opted for the 3 night chaperone package giving me an extra day taking in the istanbul sights. I got met at the airport by a dedicated taxi from the Clinicana office and taken for blood samples, then off to the close by hotel where Tony was waiting to greet me with the others on the trip. That night Tony individually discusses your hairline goals, he's a hairdresser so gets it from a technical angle. After my day off Tony escorted me to the Clinic which is spotlessly clean and staffed by English speaking friendly people. The critical part was the consultation with the clinic doctor and Tony where the shape of the hairline and maximum use of available donor hair is established. Having the expertise of a professional hairdresser in the room with the doctor is priceless. The whole process was undertaken with military precision by the clinic then taken back to the hotel for dinner with the others in the group. Back for a real good wash and cleanup the next day to the clinic and then taxi back to the airport. When traveling back they prepare your look so you Don't feel odd, just front it up. I got 4000 grafts at an amazing price and the wife loves the new shape. Now looking forward to the results. If you are considering a transplant, the chaperone trip with Tony from Hair Transplant Solutions is a unique service and truly recommended.
