This place is amazing! The staff are wonderful and absolutely fantastic! I got a 3,800 FUT procedure and my results have changed my life! The prices are affordable compared to other areas in the twin cities and the surgeons are the top in their field! I recommend scheduling an appointment and there is great financing available if you’re not able to pay in full!

So I’ll likely be updating this over time. I had been planning on this procedure for over a decade, waiting for the time and money to be available. Consulted in August 2023, procedure in October 2023. Intake coordinator was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Having done prior research I allowed her to explain everything as a check on my knowledge and to see if her information matched. She was spot on with info I had gotten from other clinics and my research. She remained in touch and was there on the procedure day. She even checked in on me during the day. I’m an anxious patient. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. Dr Shapiro performed a very large 3000+ procedure with the help of 3-4 other assistants. They were all very professional and personable. As we got going I was at ease. They treated me as a unique individual and allowed me to make choices and gave recommendations for me to consider. I’m writing this 1 day post-op. I’m happy with the outcome and have clear written instructions on recovery and what to expect in the coming months, as there will be follow up appointments. Listen to all the information. Read the information they provide, it’s not that many pages. It was the most transparent instruction imaginable, with kind staff, and very comfortable facilities. I feel confident I’ll be happy with the results. Update August 2024, still very happy with the results. Might be doing a second procedure to address the back of my head as the procedure done was to address the top and create a hairline on my forehead. Same coordinator at my follow up and it was great to take after photos. Drastically different look, very positive, very natural looking.

I met the director Wally Schmelz, and I put a down payment for a hair’s transplant. They make a appointment for me to pay the rest and do my hair’s transplant but I can’t make it cause I have some financial issues that I need to take care first, so I cancel the appointment and talk to them and let them know I want to postpone and wait until I save up and will do it… than he end up selling the clinic. I call last month want to talk to him and they say he sold the clinic and I ask for the hair transplant they say I have to contact him, they don’t have anything to do with his clients..I call him so many time and left him voicemail and he just ignored me. What a business that take customer money, I will great appreciate if they at aleast work with me but they say they don’t for me to contact him.. very disappointed don’t waste your money to place that they scam ppls money. Take customers down payment money and never let customers know and just ignore customer!

I can’t speak for the surgeons, their qualifications, or treatment results because I can’t get an appointment. After weeks of waiting, dealing with the front desk (or email coordinator), and ongoing rescheduling, with rude emails back to me without a name as to who I’m communicating with, this place appears not to value the client. Passive aggressive emails responses are simply inappropriate. I’ll spend my money somewhere else. This is how companies loose would-be clients. I hope this message finds the individuals who operate this place. Your staff is lacking in quality and competent on-boarding client care. It’s disheartening and frustrating for individuals seeking professional treatment, such as this. And you're loosing money and business as a result. Not the end of the world for me, but not a good look for your business. I’ll find another facility that treats me with respect.

We received an email from you 3/16/23 requesting a consultation for the week of April 10th. Our Patient Coordinator emailed you the same day and your appointment was scheduled for April 12, 2023. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling conflict on our end, which you have our sincere apology - you were notified on April 4th as our Patient Coordinator apologized for the inconvenience and asked if you could take a different time slot on the same day to which you declined in an email. In addition, our Clinic Director was notified of the situation and called and left you a voicemail attempting to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. However, you did not return his call. We apologize for the scheduling conflict. However, as a small business owner yourself, noting you left a 5-star review for your own company, clearly you understand the importance of a company’s online reputation. It’s difficult to understand why you would post a negative review on our site in an attempt to disparage our good name and reputation over a one-time rescheduling request versus the “ongoing rescheduling”, that you claim. We assure you our company always strives to provide our patients with good customer service, the best results and take great pride in our reputation in doing so. We wish you all the best.

I had my hair transplant on 1/8/22 and I'm so glad I did. I spent a long time looking for the right place to perform the procedure. Having 8 months to observe the results has reassured me that I made the right choice. My procedure was for 4,000 grafts that went mostly to the front of my head and some to the middle. I'm happy with how I look now, but I'm hoping to go back to fill in the middle and the back of my head. Wally is the clinic director. He was awesome about communicating with me leading up to the surgery. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed the entire time. He's also easy to shoot the breeze with. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. Dr Champagne and his staff performed the procedure. He was very professional and happy to answer all of my questions. Immediately before the procedure, I was given plenty of time to address any doubts or concerns. I recommend being prepared with some questions you specifically want your surgeon to answer to ease your mind while they work. Something that really impressed me is Dr Champagne's constant demeanor. There are plenty of resources to find videos of him interacting with patients (clients, rather?), including some celebrities. Regardless of who's in the chair, Dr Champagne is the same. This proved to be true for me as well. I can't finish this review without mentioning how patient and committed the whole staff was. I learned that I was in close contact with someone that contracted covid shortly before I was scheduled for my procedure. Fortunately, I tested negative, but we still took every precaution to keep everyone safe. I'm sure that if even one staff member felt uncomfortable, I would have had to reschedule. Thank you so much Dr Champage, Wally, and everyone that took care of me that day! I hope to see you all again soon.
